Please bring back the mayonnaise packets for the hot dogs!!!!
After three consecutive visits and no mayo insight, I asked the lovely cashier at the cafeteria about the mayonnaise packets. She informed me that CORPORATE (?) made the decision to stop offering the condiment.
I swear to God Almighty, that mayonnaise was the only reason I did not sign up with Costco. ?
I will uproot all 13 of my cousin's memberships from the land of Sam's and move to Costco if them mayo packets aren't back on my next visit.
10 of my people were SADLY eating DRY Hotdogs last week. Our tears alone were not enough to substitute the mayonnaise.
BRING BACK THE MAYO!

There should be a minus or even below one star.... After eating almost the entire salad I find a bug in the bottom of the container ?
NEVER again will I get salad like this again. $6.68 for a caesar salad the manufacturer is member's Mark.

It's already 95° outside in the middle of June and then 25% water bottle dispenser machine is broken it says Member's Mark does not anyone have a way to fix this machine it's been like this for a month!!??

The police officer on duty today, June 14th Instead of standing there leaning against a display looking at his phone . He should be should be outside patrolling in the parking lot for people running stop signs and almost hitting you and people parking in handicap when they're not.

Has always been my go to Sam's. But my GOD the time to get a balance and rotation has gone up. I understand when it's packed the wait is long. I came today was told 1 hr and 3 hrs later I'm still here with me having to go back and replace the refrigerated stuff. Glad I didn't pay ahead and waited. Got to do better in that area Sam's club ?♂️

Terrible manager service and some Mrs's in the pastry area. I went 15 days in advance to order my cake and they told me that they could not take the order five days before your event and it turns out that I go and there is no longer space to request a cake How unprofessional they are, it's not fair because it's people's fault that you have to pay the price when you schedule your party.

Why is so hard for management to send help at the cafe, always a long line and 1 o 2 people working. Takes longer ti pick uo something from the cafe than it is to do the groceries at the main store.

Awful customer service. Went in to return unopened items and they refused to accept it and blatantly lied about their return policy . Took it to another Sam’s club and they returned it with no issue

The girl with the Dora haircut and yellow vest was so rude to me I couldn’t get to see her name well but I think it’s Meher, she needs to learn how to have manners towards us customers and the workers she is VERY RUDE

This is the ONLYYYYYY sams i go to that always asks to see a membership at the door no other sams does it its annoying if i didnt have one then i couldnt shop here??? So what stop me everytime???

The food line is always VERY slow. Takes 10-15 mins every time to get pizza…which is usually already made. Other Sam’s take seconds.
