Love The scan and go is great as it gets you and out in no time! I will say I've been trying to get my accounts straightened out with both Customer Service in store, online and over the phone, to no avail. Sad. The manager was apologetic.

Not complaints about this Sam's club is Sunday they don't open yet,but is weird,the parking lot is full of vehicles,without people inside,there are not place to the customers park their vehicles, was 9:30 today and was full of vehicles,some people else is parking to many vehicles, they are not even customers of this store.
