This is the grossest Sam’s Club I have EVER visited. The bathroom was so Tristan o was unable to shop. The smell was pungent and overwhelming. Everything was just dirty

I called this location to make the aware of my order at 7:20am. I called and the line just rung for the cafe. I hung up and dialed back to member services. I’m not sure of who I spoke with due to them not providing their name. I was on a time crunch and asked if she would be able to walk over to the cafe to inform the staff. She states, “ the best i can do is transfer you over there.” The call was transferred back to the cafe and another wait began. By this time I’m in the parking lot and rushing in to the store. To my surprise the cafe closed at 7pm. Now why the young lady didn’t inform me on the phone is still mind blowing. I saw there was a little Caesar’s close by so I rushed out of the store. I called back to guest services to inform them and someone in the background says, “ that ain’t nothing to get mad about!” By this time I’m pissed and i asked to speak with a manager. I literally had to ask the manager ABIGAL 3x for her name. Costco is clearly the move if you want decent service and effective communication.

The employees here are useless. I called the bakery twice to place an order for cupcakes. The 1st time the employee who spoke little English told me to hold and hung up on me. I immediately called back and the phone rang for 5 minutes before she answered my call. I asked her why she hung up on me and instead of answering my question she asked me multiple times was I placing an order for today or tomorrow. I asked in response to her question do you sell 24ct cupcakes? She responded "No, we no sell those." I asked if they sell them in 12ct. She replied again "No, we no sell those." I asked her so what count do you sell them in? She replied "We no sell." And hung up. I called back to customer service where I was placed on hold for 9 MINUTES. When the employee came back on the line after yelling hello she hung up. Called right back and was placed on hold again for another 4 minutes before deciding to take my business elsewhere. If they lack phone etiquette imagine how their service is in person.

Sam’s club is my favorite store to shop for all my needs. I especially love the scan and go feature. You can grab scan and leave without dealing with anyone. Awesome service.

I really enjoy this sams club more than my local one out in the country.
There’s way more options for just about everything.
I can get cat litter here cheaper. I believe I got nearly 40LBS for $10 and the quality is okay. Not the best and not the worst either. It’s their brand and it gets the job done.
It’s not overly packed, but it’s certainly not empty. In my opinion it’s a cool sams cub since it’s underground as well.
Plenty of parking space.

Big girl Kayla was rude when exiting the store. Very dismissive and even ignored my sister a first time shopper who had simple questions about store policy. It was as if she was being paid to have a assuming and insulting disposition. Need to be retrained in the simple please and thanks

Shopping Experience - Came in around 5pm/Monday and the inside of the store was not very busy. I was able to enjoy most of my shopping and wandering. This was my first time shopping at Sam's so I compared everything to Costco. I was pleased with some of the options Sam's provided but wish there were some brands and items they sold. - I also received free samples of dishwasher pods which was nice! - The produce lacked quality items as many of the leafy greens and vegetables were expiring in 2 days time. Please provide and stock quality items for shoppers! - The member services staff can do a better job acknowledging and helping customers as I stood there for 10 min while employees were chatting. This was my first time walking in to shop here, and I would have gladly walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Check out Experience - After waiting in line, an employee walked up to me to expedite my check out experience. It was my first time shopping at Sam's club and she helped me check out, save $10 on my order, and provided me with a physical membership card. I was pleasant with this part of my experience Parking Lot - The lot is a hot mess and reckless drivers. Do be careful and cautious as people don't have a problem scratching and hitting your vehicle. Gas Station - I think the costs were relative to the loval gas stations so I didn't see much savings while buying regukar gas. However, it is convenient knowing there is a gas station nearby!

Very busy with overwhelmed employees. They should consider hiring more help. They are trying their best with the very little that is offered to them from upper management.

Very bad lighting. Almost got knocked over by an suv driver who was following me to get a parking space as I walked on a pedestrian crossing. The driver felt the need to turn into the cross walk so she can park near the front door but almost missed my leg with her truck. I called sams to notify them about safety they said not their issue. Notify authorities its not an emergency to them.
