I had a flat tire while driving and was able to pull into the parking lot which was the closest thing. Now mind my boyfriend has a membership and has had it for over 10years. I understand I didn't physically have the card so he sent me a picture so they could help me atleast get my spare put on. My boyfriend called asked about putting my spare on or checking the tire for me and told him they couldn't because I didn't have the mebership. It's an emergency situation that required putting a spare on for me, while I'm literally standing out side the tire shop and can't receive any help. I know if it was anyone's wife of someone that worked there they would be beyond mad for not receiving help the way that I did. The way I got treated considering the situation is beyond me. The only offer given was to put air in the tire which I knew wouldn't help becsue the tire was off the wheel and that's why all I needed was the spare. Sorry to say that this happened and I know I would never want anyone else to be treated in such a manner as I did

I think this particular location may have serious managerial issues. Many of the employees we encountered were angry and outright rude.

If you like your deals served with a side of disappointment, try this locationFrom unattended self-checkout lines to snack bars with half the items out of stock, you're sure to have a great time. If you need something, the store attendants are ready to greet you by ignoring you with silence or barking orders - it's a toss-up! There's a blatant disregard for service, an arrogance that the staff can treat customers any way they want without recourse.The store is generally well stocked with deals. But with an experience this subpar, I opt for delivery or shop in-store elsewhere.

I dislike their cafe so much cause the staff is not friendly and they’re always out of a lot of stuff. You can tell they’re just there for a paycheck by the way customers get treated. I do however love the Sam’s store itself

I was in the area for a doctors appointment and stopped in looking for the fresh squeezed orange juice that Sam's has sometimes. They didn't have any so I'll have to stop in at my usual Sam's near my house. They did have some beautiful hibiscus trees at the entrance that I have bought and enjoyed in years past. Also looked at the clothing but didn't end up buying that. Sometimes various Sam's have slightly different items available so it's like a little treasure hunt.

Never ordering delivery from Sam's Club again. Not sure why this service has deteriorated the way it has, but in the last two months we've had alcohol left on our doorstep with no ID check, but they didn't bring half of our order. Yesterday we had a delivery guy who spoke NO English and he left without delivering our order, apparently thinking we cancelled the order, but we hadn't. He can't read or speak English, so while one item was "cancelled" because it was out of stock, he took that to mean it was all cancelled and he left. So we had to go take the time we didn't have to go spend more money to replace what we didn't get from Sam's and of course who knows if we'll ever get our refund. You can't call the store as they rarely answer the phone and, if someone does answer the phone, they just say "come to the store." If I had the luxury of time, I wouldn't need to order for delivery in the first place. Just a disaster of an operation.

This locations cafe is consistently out of hot dogs. I had to go to sams every weekend this month for various reasons and every time I went to get my kid a hot dog SOMEHOW they are always out. It doesn't seem like a big deal but when a 2 year old wants a hot dog, the world is ending. It's genuinely half the appeal of sams... disappointing. I also over head a bakery staff member get loud with a customer bc he accent my dropped a tray of cupcakes. Do all the new people work on the same day? Drive to Webb chapel location instead

This Sam's club is very convenient to go to- it has clearly marked signs and always has good sushi options! I like coming and getting a slice of pizza before shopping.

Worst coustomer service ever. Went to service members desk for help with membership they just sent me to check online. Requested help from a floor manager said ohhh well check online. Only one willing to help was a selfcheck out attendant. Needed to verify info for 1st time Veteran member but had no help at all.

Literally THE worst Sam's gas station. This location is outside of sams and Walmart. They need a gas attendant in a MAJOR way, cones, arrows, and a one way in/out rule!!!! It's insanely dangerous and I'm surprised they're aren't more wrecks there. I avoid this location for gas at all costs.

I recommend the store at Midway and LBJ. But the gas station is the absolute worst nightmare of tight fit, wrong way people, slow slow pumps, no attendant presence and frustration.
I waited more than 30 minutes with one car in front of me. And then he could not get out because of the wrong way people and tailgaters trying to wedge in.
Why the management does nothing about this cluster of incompetence I can’t imagine. And I will not go back. I’d pay a dollar a gallon more to avoid that horrid experience.

Bought a pizza here since I was already doing some shopping and the guy "forgot to place my order," We waited for about 30 minutes until he realized. Then He said It would Take 15 more minutes... HORRIBLE service...
