Stopped at this Sam's in passing. Very neat and fully stocked. I love the samples at Sam's! I was able to sample and purchase this Woodbridge peach wine. Also, the fruit and cheese tray was freshly packed and yummy.

Sam’s self-checkout saves a lot of time, and the scanner worked on everything I bought (and my Sam’s card on my phone.) If you go in, and the shelves look like a bomb went off, you’re in Walmart. Sam’s is downstairs.

Pretty much everything in electronics is locked up and require employee assistance if you want to purchase something. It takes forever to flag down the right employee who has the key. First employee had her AirPods in and was on a phone call and was extremely annoyed when we asked her for help. She wasn't in uniform and didn't have a name tag. She retrieved the keys from another employee but somehow couldn't unlock the cabinet. The employee who the keys belonged to came to try and whoa, the cabinet magically opened. She was really nice and apologetic for the first employees behavior. I get it, it's the holidays but we are still customers. Previous visit we came to the store at 10PM and needed a cord that was also locked in the cabinet. Employees told us that they weren't unlocking anything anymore as it was late. The store closes at 11PM. Where is the notice to let customers know so we wouldn't waste gas and money?

I used to love Sam’s until my most recent experience 2/26/2022. My boyfriend and I where shopping and the officer/ security told us to leave. The store was full and we where the only ones that she said something to. Seems to me like they only told us because we where people of color. Seems racist to me!

This has just about anything you need in big quantity! Must be in early to beat the crowd thou! Cheaper gas prices at the pump than elsewhere again come early to beat the crowd as well!

Love sams club,. The scan and save feature is a life saver especially dealing with the long check out lines , some products are limit to 1 item per customer due to the pandemic. Don't fall for the credit savings offer unless you are ready. The sales associate always pushes this offer.

???Do not sign up for AT&T service here at this Sams Club. They promise you free installation and a $250 gift card and you get neither. When you try to reach a manager in person regarding this, they tell you what you wanna hear to get you out of their face. Don’t even try to call and leave a message for management because they won’t call back. They’re pretty much okay with the fact that they have reps in the store that lie to their members to get you to sign up for their service.

Pros: Well-run, clean and well-stocked price club. Great deals on hot dogs, pizza etc. in the food court. Underneath parking is great on those blazing-hot days. Attached to a Walmart. Whataburger & Chick-Fil-A in the same shopping area. Cons: They don't open til 10 am most days. That's no good, especially in the summer when mornings are best to get things done. The milk / dairy area is hidden. Not easy to find. They don't sell Sam's water! You have to buy Sam's water bottles (20 oz) in Walmart - makes no sense. Timbercreek can be a traffic mess, especially exiting via Skillman.

Prices are fair. Store is clean. Staff is helpful. I feel like they are short stocked lately on some items we buy always. Or their rotation of items change periodically. I LOVE SCAN AND GO on the app!!!! It makes life super easy.
