Ya know his was blah. They have candles, the same ones everyone else has. Some women’s clothes. Not much for the house. Not a single person asked me if I needed help, but a young blonde girl was on the phone and certainly edged me out of her way so she could check inventory. She wasn’t polite about it either.
Candles are nice. Ehhh so many places to shop and this is like all of them. Blah

They've a nice selection of gifts - candles, scents, spice mixes, decor, etc. The lady at the counter was pleasant and helpful

I love shopping at Sample House but will likely not return to this location. I was in the area with my daughter (who was hm from college on Christmas break) for a spa appt and naturally we were not wearing makeup. Not once were we greeted, asked if we needed help, etc. Just stared at by all of the staff. Initially I thought it was my imagination but my daughter commented after we left that the staff seemed like they were staring at us. I tried my best to make small talk when we checked out but it was very uncomfortable. When I got in my car I looked in the mirror to make sure I didn't have a booger because they treated us like we were homeless and lived under a bridge!! Lol.

Candles, cooking stuff, kids gifts… this store has it all! An eclectic mixture of goods, you’re sure to find something you love here. While I was eyeing several items, I went home with a minimalist set of coasters in beautiful neutral shades. Meanwhile, my sister couldn’t leave without a candle melt and some artisan soy sauce. Ms. Sue and the other ladies were helpful and kind.

I was in line to check out before anyone else was and as soon and the lady in front of me checked out, the cashier looked directly at me (next in line) and proceeded to check out the ladies on the other side of her. I am a young Latina woman and felt as though I was being discriminated against. The customers being checked out before me told the cashier to let me go first as I was waiting in line much longer. Their products used to be much better, too. Just thought I'd share my experience there. And also, there were SEVERAL people wearing there mask under their nose and coughing uncontrollably. None of the employees gave them a friendly reminder to cover their face when coughing uncontrollably.
