I went in on 4-13-24 at 6:53 pm. I had an empty cup in my hand and asked to throw it away since the trash can is no longer outside. The older cashier lady with glasses started yelling"why do ya'll keep coming in"? She yelling this as people are at the counter and people walking in. It's because the store is open until 8 pm you ignorant woman. Super unprofessional. Quit your job if you don't want to work the hours you were scheduled to work. Don't get mad at paying customers who are there within store hours.

I've gotten some pretty good deals here over the years, and a couple of great ones. It's certainly not the greatest of this kind of store, but it's been worth stopping in now and then, just to check.

They are constantly bagering people to round up their money to the next dollar and trying to make you feel guilty. They have raised the prices up to where seniors on a fixed-income cannot afford to to

Great place for a variety of pre-owned inexpensive name brand clothes. Clothes are organized by colors, fitting rooms are available, and the Christian music playing throughout the store was a plus for me.

Very worst experience ever. The staff humiliated me in the middle of the Store as one of them tell me to show him where I put down a little item I was holding. He even treated to call the Police which made me really upset, so I insisted that the Police be called, and for some manager to come say "I'm sorry" for what is happening.KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL THIS HAPPENED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS.As I was leaving to go to my car, this shameless accuser run after me outside saying "I apologize".He did see the item on the self where it was.To me it's a shame for a great charity organization we all know and support.

****Avoid, avoid and avoid!****Kinda clean and somewhat organized. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. $179 for a Samsung Smart TV with remote ? $30 more and you can get a bigger TV, without the 12" scratch on the screen , same brand and better specs at Walmart. The used pan or skillet for $25? Go to Ross and get a new one for that price or less. The clothing is ridiculous beyond the mention.Whoever is pricing these items is obviously trying to keep the poor poor or something to that extent. Literally robbing the public.Go to a different thrift store if you are looking for a quality thrift deal. They really used to have good deals....sad.

The big thrift facility with a large selection but the higher pricing than other Salvation Army store locations. The small home goods or cookwares on the individual shelves organized with the color code are usually about 50-90% higher on pricing. The furnitures and electronics are very pricey for sure. It’s the store selling the used goods but sometimes the brand new goods (probably retired from other supermarket stores, such as Walmart, Target, etc.) can be also found here from time to time. The store was clean and organized well with a large selection, from women/men/youth clothes to jewelry, and from the small home goods to the large furnitures or the holiday decorations. You can explore the store from time to time to find something interesting or exciting. Once you find something you love or matching your need, grab it with you since you may not find the same stuff again in your next visit. The staff members were friendly in general, and happy to help finding what you are looking for. However, a few staff members were joking around loudly in the store which might not be appropriate.

Nina, is a female manager at this location. I have never met anyone as malicious, disturbing and unkind as this woman. You can strongly feel her lack of interest in assisting customers with her aggressive attitude and behavior. She’s the same way with people who she works with and definitely with customers. I personally first-hand experienced over and over being miss-treated, called names and discriminated against by Nina. I have contacted her managers and supervisors and nothing has been done yet. I’m writing this as my last resort before I contact corporate. However Jackie, the new female store manager seems to be hard working and kind.

Huge selection of clothes, shoes, furniture, dishes, bikes… on and on! Every Wednesday all clothes are half off. I’ve found some great deals here over the past year and a half.

very rude bald black man, not the assistant manager it was someone else, kept telling me it was 8 and that i had to leave when it was 7:54 and i was already on my way up to pay. he kept saying i kept pulling clothes when it was untrue he just did not want to do his job of putting the clothes away. i work retail and this is very unprofessional we allow our customers to come into the store until it is 8 on the dot.

One of the older women working there was so rude to me because I asked if I could get a discount off something that was obviously damaged. Obviously she said no. ???? However my cashier cece or cici was very kind when I was purchasing everything else. I hope she has a blessed day

Definitely one of the more expensive salvation army stores. They are basically selling old worn stuff at prices you can get them at Ross/Burlington brand new.

Yikes. This place never gets better. They let the lines back up for ages with only one cashier. Cashiers move like turtles. Management is just terrible--never see them helping. Shopping carts are junk. After all that, they ask you for extra money at the checkout. Lol. SA is a just a joke.
