Worst experience of my life never have I been descriminated as bad as i had at this store for the simple fact of me just speaking Spanish Cashier did not wanted to serve me and denied me a senior discount after i had shown him the ID. This guy name is Joseph he should not be working in customer Service if hes going to be Racist and denie service for not speaking “ENGLISH” this really hurt me stuff like this shouldt be happening

A great store with lots of quality merchandise at a fair price. Customer service by Joseph was the best! This one of my absolute favorite thrift stores.

Lisa is an awful rude cashier to everyone and the elderly, on every visit. She has an ugly attitude, talks back rudely to poeple and snaps. This store always has 2 cashiers and a long line with an hour wait. FIX IT

This place is to big, when there to take some personal clothes there waiting at over an hour and people at the front desk calling rehab but nobody cares, it's been my experience when no one is doing something about something and you've been over I'll wait on them that is a bad sign that that is a bad organization I don't care how much good you're doing when family members come to see someone you need to make an appointment and make sure you keep the appointment. I will never give to them again that is too darn big and the people here can tell that it's going through the emotions

They make you take off your bag and leave it at the front (excuse me, backpack—I saw plenty of people with “bags”) before you peruse the store. I’m not leaving my bag with a stranger—you don’t trust me, I don’t trust y’all—this goes both ways! It’s funny they think that I or anyone else would try to steal from a THRIFT STORE ? I was only coming to browse but this place looked empty from the parking lot anyway. I will take my REAL WHOLE DOLLARS elsewhere.

Scheduled a pick up 1 month ago, they called this morning to confirm, I waited all day to donate some furniture, they did not show up. They know that old furniture is not worth much. Don't pay a lot of money for old junk furniture. People can't give it away!

I went in on 4-13-24 at 6:53 pm. I had an empty cup in my hand and asked to throw it away since the trash can is no longer outside. The older cashier lady with glasses started yelling"why do ya'll keep coming in"? She yelling this as people are at the counter and people walking in. It's because the store is open until 8 pm you ignorant woman. Super unprofessional. Quit your job if you don't want to work the hours you were scheduled to work. Don't get mad at paying customers who are there within store hours.

I've gotten some pretty good deals here over the years, and a couple of great ones. It's certainly not the greatest of this kind of store, but it's been worth stopping in now and then, just to check.

Great place for a variety of pre-owned inexpensive name brand clothes. Clothes are organized by colors, fitting rooms are available, and the Christian music playing throughout the store was a plus for me.
