I am giving this Salvation Army Store 4 stars! The store was well stocked and organized brightly lit and very clean. The staff was helpful and everything was easy to find. I really enjoyed the gospel music playing in the background it definitely made my shopping experience more enjoyable. I will be back soon!

I call looking for a wheelchair,reason i call was for no to have to drive 40 minutes and not find any, the person answering the phone WAS SO RUDE didn't help me ,he told that I have to go and look around because he was busy to check forme.

The gentleman that came to pick up my donation need to immediately look for another job..His attitude was so awful..I was donating a dining table and 4 chairs...said too much to carry by him self..told me to take the legs off...then slam the chairs into the glass front door...lazy as heck

Store opens and closes at the time they please. 2 weeks ago they opened past 10:30. I came today to check out what was in stock they were rushing me out at 6:50. They turned the lights off and everything.

Terrible service for donation pick-ups. I scheduled my pick up 3 weeks ago. They never gave me a specific pick up time. I was told there would be a reminder text. The day of my pick up….they called me @8am saying they arrived at the facility scheduled for my pick up with no warning. The manager wasn’t able to make any adjustments so I was forced to re-schedule my appointment. Even after customer service pointed out there was little to no communication on their end they still weren’t able to accommodate me. Truly disappointing…

I grew up coming to this thrift store every weekend with my Grandmother and wanted to donate some really nice home decor items and toys but was told that this location does not accept donation. The cashier tells me I would need to go to the Harry Hines location. Mind you, I tried calling this location more than once before I came to confirm if I could donate and the specifics of doing so but the line was busy. Then I get here and I’m told no. Extremely disappointed smh only in the hood.
