I received the WORSE customer service from the young lady working 5/31/23 around 10:38 am at store 2518 located in Prestonwood Plaza at 6505 W Park Blvd ste 308. I am appalled and disgusted. I was never greeted when I entered the store, which I wasn't shocked about. I found my purchase, I went to checkout. I gave her my license in her hand, after she was done, she slid it back to me across the counter, inspite of my hand being out to receive them back. I did not say anything. After she rang my purchase, I had my hand out for my receipt. She then slid it across the counter. I asked her was it a reason she did not place my receipt in my hand, she stated, "No, have a good day." I was thinking the nerve. I will NOT be spending any more of my money in this establishment, if this is how I will be treated. The only reason I gave it 1 star, is because ZERO wasn't an option.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service at this store is seriously lacking. I went to this store today and it was me and three customers and the clerk. I was 2nd in line to check out and a lady standing over by the nail polish. After the 1st lady was done with her purchase and walked out, I was about to put my items on the counter when the lady from the nail polish isle stepped in front of me and put her items on the counter to check out. The clerk acknowledged this because she looked at me wide eyed like a deer in headlights but, said nothing. I said no what are you doing? I was in line here behind this other lady. The line jumper said she was in line and that I was trying to see the pin numbers being put in the credit card machine then start speaking in Spanish. How funny...for this lady to call me a theif without even knowing me. Instead of the clerk doing the right thing she proceeded to check out this other lady anyway! I said no..this is not right. I was waiting in line and you were in the isle. So, the clerk said.."oh I can just check both of you out at the same time"....Talk about customer service and lack there of. I said no you won't. I was here first but, she still proceeded to check out this other lady.. I told her no, Ill just go some place else. And I left my items sitting on the counter and walked out. I drove out of my way to the Desoto location where the clerk helped me with my purchase. Of course I was upset and told her what happened. She said the clerk at this store did not provide good customer service and was wrong for letting this lady jump ahead of me when I was clearly standing in line. She also said there had been a lot of customers coming to "her" location due to the complaints from this store and how the customers are being treated. Sally's need to retrain their clerks on what customer service is...Cause this store is not it. I spent my money some place else. I will not go back to this store ever. Your customer service reps just let people be stereotyped and stand by and watch. This store and employees suck.

Absolutely the best customer service I have had with Sallys. I didn't get name but her hair was violet she walked me through everything!! Thank you sweet girl !!
