My car wasn't erect in progressive contacted him to pick up my vehicle and he was there in quick time. I just went to pick up my goods from the vehicle everything was there and safe and now it's moving forward.

My insurance contracted them to tow me. Waited two and a half hours while in contact with them via text and phone and when they were supposed to be arriving after 3 delays they called my insurance company to cancel and didn't event bother trying to contact me. I waited for over 4 hours in the dark in a sketchy neighborhood on the side of a freeway before just paying someone cash out of pocket. Bad company. Do not trust them. They do not treat their customers like people. Shame on you.

Rashad Davis was awesome! He called to let me know when he was on his way, he was polite and professional. Once he got the car loaded up and dropped off, he immediately updated me and let me know exactly who he gave the keys to. It was nice knowing all of that information since I couldn't be there due to work.

6 hr. wait! Ridiculous! I have road side assistance thru Kia and this the company they gave me! Do not recommend.

After giving me an ETA of 3:38 PM, they called me at 4:32 PM to tell me that they were just on their way, saying "we can't do anything about being late." After telling them that I was going to send them my doctor bill for missing my 5:00 appointment, the owner called me, irate, yelling "why didn't you just call an Uber!", then followed up with "we are not picking up your car." RUN...FAST from this joke.

I have had the worst day with my car but as soon as my tow truck driver arrived his cheery attitude really helped me get through my car troubles. He really went above and beyond helping me out and I could not have asked for a better towing experience.

Insurance company set up a tow. Got an email to expect a tow in 60 mins. 60 mins goes by, I call, they are busy, another 60 minute wait. I call again, they are busy, accidents etc, 30 more minutes. I called once more, they said on the way, 20 minutes. Never showed up. Unbelievable, I would give them zero stars if it was possible. If you ever get referred to this company, run as fast and far as you can.

Avoid them at all costs. If USAA tells you that this is the company that is coming to provide the tow, request another company! Seriously! I would give them a big fat zero is Yelp would let me. Here is the short version of the events. Contacted USAA at 6:30 a.m. At 6:44 a.m., receive a text that Relief Net would arrive within 59 minutes. So, they should have arrived no later than 7:43 a.m. At 7:55 a.m., called dispatch and they claimed that the driver was stuck handling an accident. She then claimed she would try to get me another truck and would call me back. Never called me back. I contact USAA and they contacted Relief Net. USAA was told that the driver had just finished dropping off the accident vehicle and would be at my house in 20 minutes. Time was 8:15 a.m. so new arrival time would be 8:45 a.m. At 9:05 a.m., call USAA again about Relief Net missing the second arrival time. USAA calls them back and is told that the driver is still in the process of delivering the wrecked vehicle so now they are lying. They told USAA earlier that the driver was on his way to my house. At 9:15 a.m., USAA informs me that they had to dispatch another company due to the delays and apparent lies by Relief Net. Oh, and get this, Relief Net told USAA that they only have one (1) tow truck. Why offer your services to an insurance company if you only have one (1) tow truck? Fortunately, I am at my house but it I wasn't, I would be freezing since it is 30 degrees outside with a wind chill factor of 24. Since my car is dead, I would be in this weather waiting for this company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

As far as my interaction with the actual driver, it was fantastic. They were professional, got my vehicle loaded up and transported quickly, and answered all my questions! Great guy! However, the company told me three different times that they would arrive and missed all of them. I waited well over an hour past the original time that they had told me. So great company as long as you have time to kill, or maybe for them to kill.

Horrible customer service! I waited the 89 minutes they said until they could arrive. When the 89 minutes came and left I called and they said 20 more minutes than called again and they said 20 more minutes. It wasn't until I called the last time they said it would be 45 more minutes. What a waste of time. At that point I said forget it and would rather spend my money else where than on this company that wasted 3 hours of my time.

Isaac Martinez was our tow driver. He showed up ahead of schedule, quickly hooked up our vehicle and quickly transported it to the auto shop! He was very polite and easy to work with and even went out of his way to get us an envelope to drop our key off in at the shop. I would recommend this towing company. Ask for Isaac.

If you like being stranded for a few more hours after the call has been placed to the company without a follow up call from the company/tow truck driver then this is the place AND if you don't want an apology or an explanation as to why it took 3 hours then this is most definitely the place. If you enjoy watching 10 other tow truck companies pass you up. But i do have some advice for the ones that call this company, if you take off walking to your destination you might be better off but who wants to walk in the 100 degree weather.

USAA sent Relief Net to me for a dead battery. Ben showed up quickly and called me to let me know he was on his way. He was so nice and joyful and helpful and got my car jump started right away. He definitely turned my day around. I truly appreciate his help!

I was given a 60 minute window (11:29am) (be here at 12:29pm at the max) Then a 30 minute window in addition (12:34pm) Then a 20 minute phone call with Toyota to sort things out and locate this MIA roadside help Then another 10 minute window. (1:25pm) Does anyone see the obvious problem with this..? Horrible communication and status updates. 1:36 still not here despite the update claiming it was here six minutes ago. Would not recommend this to anyone not wanting to spend their noon on the side of the road for two hours.
