I had an 8:00am appointment, but they didn’t touch my car until after 9:00am. It took them another couple hours for the repair (expected), but when it was ready, they had left small shards of glass all over my dashboard and seats. Not impressed.

Have seen mostly only bad reviews. Got my window fixed with no problems. It did take about 30 minutes to get started after my appointment was scheduled, but other than that everything was done smoothly and in under an hour from when they started.

Great job guys on my E300 Mercedes. Dropped my car off at 3pm & ready for pickup by 5:30pm. Easy breezy. Highly Recommended!
