Sched an appt for a small chip, paid online. Then chip turned into large crack that couldn’t be repaired.. canceled appt on line got immediate refund. I’ll be back when I’m ready to replace..

My car was broken into smashing the passenger side window. I called around and couldn't get an appointment for several days. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible because I imagined my car being a target. I called Safe Auto Glass and their prices were much better and they had an appointment for the next day. (And I called just after 5 pm. They were actually closed. The nice gentleman took my call, and then called me back to quote the price). That was very nice! Their technician even came to my house to make the repairs. His name was Alex, and he did a great job and cleaned up all the broken glass in the front and back seats. I was very impressed and appreciative! ! Call them for all your glass repairs. They're great! I give them 5 stars!

I had a broken passenger window while I was in Dallas. I contacted this company today and they were able to replace my window for a reasonable price. Alex the technician was on time for the appointment. He was also very nice to us and he did his job very well.

What can I say fast and affordable place to take your vehicle to get your glass windows repaired. Just make sure the plastic on the inside is of your doors are put back completely. Mine is loose and not put back correctly. See the gap it's missing a screw or something but it wasn't like that before. But upside 3 windows for under 500

I've used this company for years but it has new ownership extremely bad service now, I've changed most of my rigs windows there for years I will never go back I mentioned how the last installers been removing outside bracket. The installer lost it...find another installer

My car was broken into and when I called them they responded immediately and when I finally took it in to get fixed they did a great job and pretty fast. They were super nice and it was and it was just an all around great experience

Cracked my windshield and thought I was screwed because I wouldn't have time to get it repaired for days due to work. Called My Safe, Ishmael drove out to my workplace and within an hour had the entire windshield replaced and I was good to go. Could not have been easier or more painless. I highly recommend giving them a call.
