I was helped right away upon arrival at the store. Cynthia introduced herself and asked me about my running needs and habits. We then went through the detailed foot measurement process and determined what shoes would best fit my needs. After trying on three pairs, I selected the ones that worked best for me. All three recommendations were excellent - the one I selected was just slightly better than the other two.

Kudos to Abby! She was patient and helped me from assessment to trying on different shoes to compare. She was knowledgeable of how shoes are designed. I felt that she was there to genuinely be helpful and no pressure on buying.

AMAZING SERVICE! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young lady. She had my feet scanned and measured. I found out I had slightly different-sized feet, my feet were slightly wide, my heels were slightly narrowed and I put more pressure on the outside of my feet when I walked. She showed me different brands and recommended the order of sizing shoes. She even recommended a competitor since the shoes I was interested in were not in stock. I highly recommend visiting this location!

The Mockingbird store is our favorite store to shop at. While we have used many fleet feet, the Customer Service, the attention to detail, and the excited positive attitude outshines other stores.

Both the service and the product are excellent. You get a customized examination of your foot and the store personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.

The foot scan and consultation helped me pick the BEST pair of walking shoes I have ever put on my feet. And I discovered my foot is a half-size larger than I thought. Guess I'll have to go shoe-shopping! LOL

Fleet Feet has a nice selection of running shoes, socks, clothes, and nutrition. The staff are knowledgable about the shoes. They are very helpful.

Walked in with pain issues on my right foot.
Walked on the computerized Matt and had recommendations on shoe style and brands.
Tried on a Brooks with a wide toe box and fit perfectly thanks to Mitches observation and knowledge!
I also bought some socks specifically for my new shoes.
Will be back sooner than later!

Mitch was extremely helpful and informative. I enjoyed it so much that I took my wife a few days later and got her a new pair of shoes. I would definitely recommend having him help you if able.
