Check your merchandise before leaving ! I selected a rug, paid for it then when I got home it was not the same size as purchased. I didn’t open rug until days later .

To be honest the owner is a fair guy he has many options to choose from . Does retail and wholesale. His price are fair for both.My only issue is he is known to be the boss of the western ⭐ design and since the pandemic he slow down with them ? designs.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly. The sales rep was available and answered any questions I had. He did a great job bouncing between customers so everyone was addressed. The selection here is massive! They have all different sizes you could possibly need from runners even up to the very large over 15 foot rugs. The prices are average throughout however they do have some that are on sale prices.

RUG EXPO! THE OWNER RAFIK, HE IS A THIEF AND LIER! HE IS THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE BUT ZERO ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. me and my husband went to get a big rug (17 by 17) and the Mexican guy he was with him said this is the one and gave us 500 by 500 which was big and he made us pay with cash since we needed the carpet, we took it however when we get to the house it was big and got stains all over it. Then we texted him saying we want to return it and he said SURE, we drove two hours then, we got there he told us, ,he won't change it. What kind of Animal, is this? Vary rude, selfish. Please don't buy anything from this guy!
