I don't normally leave reviews like this but the way these guys just carried themselves was not ok. I stopped in to see if they had a specific vape juice but upon entering I see such a selection and immediately am interested in looking around..but I was quickly stopped and asked what I needed and I responded "I'd like to take a look around first if that's ok?" And his response was immediately rude for no reason saying they were not open to the public and only do wholesale pickups. I pointed out that their were 5-6 other people in the store looking around and then I was told to leave. So I did, and on my way out I stopped and took a picture of their human sized decal in the front window that can be seen from the street that says "open to public" because after how aggressive this guy was I planned to talk to the owner about this employee. But then it only got worse because the owner apparently came out the front door being very aggressive asking if there's a problem and saying we could "handle it" he was being very threatening and completely un professional. After he confirmed he was the owner I had zero interest in even continuing the conversation because it was very obvious he didn't want my business but it all just really caught me off guard I've never been treated this way at all and by a business at that! No! Beware of this place!

Just bought a vaporizer because mine broke. They didn't have any left but he did have something he thought would work. I returned 30 minutes later telling him it didn't and asked if I could please get a refund. He said he did me a favor. I told him I was getting worked over and he became aggressive and told me to watch the way I talk around here and stared me down until I got back in my car. Very rude very disrespectful for a business to act. Lots of options to choose from when it comes to these things and they will actually appreciate your business. I wouldn't go back unless you like wasting your $$$. DID I MENTION WAY OVERPRICED !!!!!!

The first time I came here, there was a sign saying open to public. I went in prepared to buy what I was looking for but one of the associates told me they were changing their store to wholesale for retail vendors only, and that it was a recent change. I asked about the products I was looking for and he assured me that he would order the parts an have them by next week since the policy was so new. I came back a week later, the open to public sign still up. The same dude was there, he looked at me angrily and said he didn't order those parts, that I wasn't supposed to come back. Then he tried to direct me to a retailer that bought his product since he couldn't sell to me. That is no way to conduct business, I'd had appreciated it if he didn't waste my time lying to my face, very unprofessional.
