The first room we almost didn't get in because the door was beat down, the toilet didn't have a seat, no towels or tissue, ask for another room, no tissue and only had hand towels, the AC unit didn't work, sheets looked dirty, floor was so dirty, and the price was not

They are a work in progress. The clerks are always friendly and helpful. The location is right off of Highway 67 and Camp Wisdom. Behind 7 eleven. Some of the rooms aren't the greatest but it takes time. Some of them have been updated and have really good water pressure in the shower.Walkability: 7eleven is right next door and across the street from there is a Texaco there's a couple of smoke shops available. They are all pretty friendly for the most part.

In all honesty it’s a cool place but, if you come here expecting to use Wi-Fi don’t bother this has to be the worst Wi-Fi bandwidth I’ve ever used. Like really the Wi-Fi is terrible here can barley play a YouTube video without it buffering and when it doesn’t buffer it just takes a massive dive in frame rate (MASSIVE). I’d say the Wi-Fi messes up every 1-3mins (if your lucky) and, I’m not joking…

The Rooms come with a box tv from 1880, they did just redo the flooring and repaint the walls. But if you like roaches and other tenants constantly banging all night long for 380$ a week go check them out !

I'm not sure who paid for the negative reviews! This place is clean bug free the employees r super nice and helpful and this been for the last 3-4 years if you are stuck up and require some closer to the Helton this is not for you if you to lazy to clean up behind your self or riding SUIT of any current or future ROACHES lol(Child like human) this not for you a maid and no over night tips is best fit
