Very bad service specially from the manager, wanted to charge me 30.99 for a dress, not only try to do it once this is my second time this happens funny thing is you check another dress same one different size and tag says 15.99 or 16.99, very disrespectful, trying to humiliate the customer by saying this isn’t a pallet place, of course is not but that doesn’t give you the right to try and still from a customer, I will never recommend this place to no one

It was 7 minutes before closing. I only needed 1 item. The security guard said he could not let me in because the line was very long and they would leave after 10PM. I have to leave to on an out of town trip at 7AM, and will not have what I needed. I will never shop here again.

Omg! This Roos location really need to get better and more cashiers, I went and showed there on a Wednesday afternoon an as I was in line there was only 2 cashiers, one of them walked off and never returned, the other young cashier was called to help in jewelry. The customer in front of me threw her stuff dwn cursing and left, noooo employees seamed to care, so as the cashier in jewelry came bk, I mentioned to her they need more help, her response was, "alot of the cashiers are on lunch"

How come every Ross you go to security ask for your receipt and then ask to look in your bag when they saw me and the employee ringing up all the stuff I got I just tell them no you can’t it look at my receipt and you can’t look at my bag

Woukd give ZERO stars. I understand that Ross has a NEW policy to show your receipt which is absolutely RIDICULOUS! You are NOT SAMS OR COSTCO and I DO NOT AND DID NOT sign a contract to shop at your establishment. Every Ross I have gone in, I have asked for the manager and politely explained why I did not feel comfortable nor would I be showing my receipt and they responded ok, we understand or its ok and thank you. I believe it's invasive, they are not scanning anything nor looking in the bag AND you are literally a few feet from where you just checked out and paid. At this location I asked for the manager and told her I was not comfortable with showing my receipt. She replied " YOU HAVE TO" and I said no I do not and if I didn't what were you going to do arrest me? She said, "I'm going to report you." Okkkaayyyy. She told the cashier to call her when I was finished checking out, she came over and did something in the computer....whatever that was. Would NOT visit this location as it is poorly managed, junky, with things all over the place and it was a terrible "customer experience." Ross needs to do better!!

We stayed in line for 25 minutes, 25 persons. And just 1 cashier. Maybe you can redistribute your personnel. Because it will be better to choose another store. It was around 3 pm. But Employees very friendly, it’s good.
