Although I love to shop at Ross the customer service is horrible in most especially this one the manager Eli was practically yelling her closing announcement starting around 9:00ish then around 9:50pm was told by a colored associate I had to go to the register practically throwing me out it was beyond rude and an even most uncomfortable situation when i was walking to the register to checkout to be told by the so called manager Eli who didn't allow me to purchase my items when it was right at 10 she told me registers were closed not only I felt unappreciated as loyal Ross customer but also the lady that walked out w me also telling me how rude and horrible the associates are there wanted to share hopefully this is reviewed by upper management and changes happen it's one of my favorite stores but the service is one of the worst experiences I've had

Your receipt is useless here. All the manager has to do is claim that the item looks used and they will deny you a refund even if the product was purchased faulty and you have the physical copy of the receipt.

I was shopping and it made me want to go to the ? and they didn't want to lend a disk because they are out of service and I left everything to them. I think they shouldn't close them.
