Ross is my favorite place to shop everywhere! I recently lost a lot of weight! Ross is my go to for buying a few things at a time, because I lose weight again and need more. Love their selection and their prices and the fact that I can literally shop for the whole house in one place!

This is the second time that this happen to me on this store and I can't not tolerate this anymore because it was very disrespectful the way how some employees treated customers. I went to buy some clothes at this store and the girl on the cashier was very rude she didn't even said hi How are you sir or did you find everything ok sir on my mind I was it's ok she just having a bad day which I understand dealing with some rude customers will put you on a bad mood what really kinda upset me it was when she was throwing all my clothes on the bags like garbage.. when I saw that I immediately told her if she could please folded my clothes which she reply that she was no obligated to fold my clothes and I could do it my self. So I told her that it's ok I was gonna do it my self so I folded my clothes and placed on the bags... at that point I was just trying to hold my temper and I didn't say anything because at the end of the day I feel that everyone must treat everybody with respect. So I just went to ask the security girl what was the managers name to make a complaint and she told me that it was Maria but I just decide no to talk to her about it and left the store. I spend 165.51 dollars and I will be returning all my clothes and I will never come back to a Ross store anymore

Too many loss prevention employees walking around doing nothing I guess it's the area of town where people are stealing from this store not a surprise I have seen it in other stores on this strip

Today I go to the store and the Vanessa manager with a very bad character seems to be going to eat me for myself and to call the security on repeated occasions because a device that had an item on it was beeping and the sound was unbearable, that's just why I'm tired of telling me things in a bad way. That's not a way to treat a customer. What example of a person they have in that store makes me want to not go again?

YOU CAN FIND VERY GOOD DEALS...BUT THE ASSOCIATES, THEY NEED WORK IN THEIRS WAYS, EXAMPLE: I WAS OBSERVING A FEWS (I WENT JUST TO LOST A COUPLE OF HOURS..I WAS BORED!) OK, MY EXAMPLE IS THIS: WITH AFROAMERICANS ASSOCIATES(IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS)SHE WASN'T DOING NOTHING,WELL NO NOTHING:REMOVING HANGERS FROM THE RACKS, WHEN A CUSTOMER GO TO ASK HER IF SHE CAN HELPHIM, WHAT DID HER ANSWERED?-IGNORED HIM TWICE- BY THETHIRD TIME HE ASKED HER,SHE SAID: SORRY, I CAN'T. THAT IS NOT FROM MY SECTION & THAT'S IT; A FEW MOMENTS Moments later it approached an African American woman and says to her: HEY, girl where I can find ... and what did she do?: She turns around crazy with smiles & laughter, and almost taking the customer's hand--for she would not be lost, I imagine, she says: let me show where are those jewels.REALLY, IF A LATIN ASSOCIATE DOES THAT...Would have had that behavior, the African American would have been running to complain to the MANAGER because she felt discriminated and the employee fired but if the Hispanic is complaining to the MANAGER, he'll just say: Sorry, I'll talk to her.THAT ALL I NEED TO SAY, THANK YOU
