Outstanding customer service! I have been a goldsmith for 47 years and have used Roseco since the very day it's doors opened. I have found Knowledge, Honesty, and a "bend-over-backwards approach to customer service. Any negatives you may see posted are really just unhappy people. Roseco is wonderful!!!

The service of this place disappoints more and more. A single person with no desire to sell. Small facilities, schedules not suitable for international buyers. It does not compete neither in quality nor in service with other jewelry supplies.
