TLDR: I will be suggesting Romeo music for any repair/install in my PAC. Their service is outstanding.
We had an emergency issue come up in our 4 year old auditorium space. The origiginal contractor is out of contact and we needed help badly. After calling Renee at Romeo, I was put at ease with her questions and suggestions. She immediately put me in contact with a knowledgeable engineer who asked me important questions to try to fix the issue over the phone. Once it was decided the issue was larger than he could do over the phone, an appointment was made for the next day.
They quoted us the repair (3 hours), came in and diagnosed the issue the next day. After seeing the mess that our original installer left us in they found the issue was larger than they initially thought. They decided on a path and moved forward. After 2 days of work, they put us in a better situation than we had over the last 4 years. Their engineers, Austin and Josh, were professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing, they showed me everything they felt was incorrect and told me remedies. They worked non-stop till the issue was fixed and even researched while not on site.
I would not hesitate to use Romeo again and will suggest them to anyone who needs technical assistance or advice.10/10 would use again.

This was a fantastic experience! I needed place where I could actually try out the keyboard I wanted before purchasing. Vanessa set up the appointment and had everything ready.It was a low-pressure, really pleasant experience. I got to try the keyboards I wanted, and when I found the one that sang to me most, Vanessa went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal for the keyboard and equipment I needed.100% recommend these folks. They're terrific, and they love music and musicians. The showroom is clean and welcoming, and they have an incredible selection.P. S. Yes - they beat online prices for me.

Was looking for a difficult to find piano and they had it. Not only did they have it but they let me demo it in store all while they were in the busy process of moving. Great service and price.
