I scheduled a time slot for them to come out between 9 -11am. At 11:30 they still hadn't shown up so I called to find out why. I was told that the guy was still at his first job for that day. I should have gotten a call prior to let me know. So they wasted my time and they lost a customer.

Called on a Sunday since we needed help and their website said 24 hours. The person answered “hello?” and responded with a brief “no” when I asked if I could get help today.
