Robbins Brothers maintenance package is worth the extra money when you buy a ring here ! They clean it . Dip it . Make it look brand new any time you want ! The jeweler is excellent and the staff is very friendly . Service done while you wait and enjoy a beverage amd roam around and see all the shiny objects in the cases !

First time visiting just to browse. I had an amazing experience with Badar! She was very helpful and patient, which made ring shopping worthwhile. We loved it so much we went back again. Badar continued to work with me over a few days to find the exact piece of jewelry I was looking for before I made a purchase!

From Trey all the way to Mehar H. my first experience here was outstanding! They were extremely kind to me. Mehar was very informative about the many questions I had! She was very very helpful, and made this experience so memorable. Both Mehar and Trey greeted me with a smile, and were very welcoming. Being that I’m very big on customer service, I would give this store a 1,000 out of 100! I would always pass this store hoping that one day I will have the opportunity to go inside, and I must say I’m extremely glad that I finally had the time to stop by!

Got a diamond replaced in my ring. It took over 2 weeks. Looks good. When I went, there was a very long line to get helped. The wedding band (pictured, the one band ring) is from Robbins Bros. and I've lost 2 diamonds from it over the last 13 years. My engagement ring is from a store that no longer exists and has never been inspected or anything and never lost a single stone. I'm not sure who made the ring, but it doesn't seem to be the highest quality.

I have been going to Robbins brothers for 20 years. So happy I bought my wedding ring in my engagement ring here. Staff is always great. I have done countless repairs and never had to pay beyond my initial purchase. I now live out-of-state so when I come to visit Texas. I stop here and they always take good care of me and service. My rings while I wait that is excellent service
