I am a returning customer to RW Fine; however, my most recent purchasing experience exceeded professional standards and reached a more personal level that deserves recognition.
Our wedding is in a month, and I have neglected to secure my wedding bands and resize my engagement ring, but thankfully Jason is a Godsend and was able to work his magic! In a single appointment, Jason managed to assist me in choosing my dream wedding set while also completing the adjustments to my engagement ring! As someone who regretted their wedding dress purchase as soon as the card was swiped, I knew deciding on my wedding bands would be extremely challenging hence as to why I delayed making an appointment as long as possible. Jason went through every possible wedding band variation with me and provided expert feedback on each set, which made me feel completely at ease and excited to choose my rings!
During small talk, I had mentioned to Jason that my sweet pup was recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and how it has forced a change in priorities. Following the appointment, Jason shared his testimony with me regarding his own experiences with God’s healing and past pets. As a believer myself, I truly felt God put Jason in a position to use him purposefully during this difficult time in my life. I have put Jason’s advice into practice, and I feel so blessed and more at peace than I have since our diagnosis.
This experience alone will keep our diamond business solely at RW Fine for years to come. Thank you, Jason.

RW Fine carries such quality jewelry! Their diamonds shine so well! I originally purchased a tennis bracelet from another local competitor and boy, was I disappointed with them -- their diamonds and gold are dull even after cleaning. However, the tennis bracelets are crafted so well from RW Fine! Sheridan is so sweet and helped me along the way in purchasing not just one, but two tennis bracelets from them! Looking forward to purchasing other jewelry from them!
