I got a piece from there and had it about a week unfortunately before it broke I called retro hoping to get a discount at the very least so I could by a new piece and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me they totally replaced my piece no charge and were so kind and helpful! I was already a regular but they have solidified me as a customer for life!

Top notch customer service in the most magical store. Staff was kind, genuine and knowledgeable. Brandon and Kayla set the bar pretty high for positive vibes .
This store is extremely well stocked which is also a plus.

Great store. I only saw the glass side of the store. Glass selection is killer. Something for everyone. Brandon really knew his glass. Showed me some pieces from local artists and left with a piece from an artist I really like. Amazing customer service and awesome people. Will definitely be returning and buying more glass soon!

Amazing employees and management. Bought a piece that somehow broke from the store to my house, called them and they rectified the situation immediately. They provided a fair replacement, and went above and beyond.

Man I always love coming here, the vibe is always awesome. I go in there looking for one thing and leave with so much other stuff that cater to my needs. I have been going to retro revolution multiple times a week for the past 9-12 months since I’ve been in Dallas. It is my go to spot for all of my vape shop needs. The staff there is all extremely friendly and efficient.its not your average head shop, while they do carry a variety of a affordable products, there’s something about Retro that feel so luxurious Regardless of how busy it gets there is always someone there to help you pick out what you need and get you out the door quickly. They have a great variety for any product you are looking for. They have a ton of Kratom options, kava, nootropics and a billion DELTA 8 Products and everything is priced competitively. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with anyone at this store. 5 star!!!!! This will continue to be my go to spot as long as I am in dallas.

Staff needs more training in not stereotyping, and basic manners..Used to be my favorite local spot when I lived in Dallas, came back two years later, said hi and the girl w black hair at the front started stereotyping me and told her coworkers to keep an eye on me. immediately told her coworkers “keep an eye on her” I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to browse. Until I realized the guy she told to “watch” me was wiping the glass down- mind you, I’m looking at the pretty rocks, bent over peaking in the glass cases, did they think I was going tos teal their fake $12 gems? They proceeded to follow me back around the counter when I went to tell my boyfriend I felt uncomfortable. I was planning on spending quite a bit of money on their cute accessories and tools while visiting Dallas, and their immediate judgement for no reason RIGHT when I walked into the door will forever lose my business, and i hope you have a better experience than I did.
