My aunt applied here over a 2 months ago and was told everything was good to move in. She received a call this week saying she was overqualified and her application was denied. Now she has to figure out where she’s going to live. Someone should have been doing their job and told her this 2 months ago before she applied. Shame on you!!

This apartments takes good care of their residents! My grandmother has been loving here for 10 years and they are always hosting events for the residents. Yesterday I was able to go with her because I was in town. Frenchell, was so nice and welcoming and I can tell she truly enjoys her career. 10/10 I do recommend.

On 6/15/2023 signing last paperwork to move in. I have had nothing but, pleasant greetings of welcome from all office staff Frenshell, and Keisha. Frenchell has been so nice to work with. My sister has been here for years, and I am happy to be a new resident here at Residence at the Oaks. The staff is so sweet and professional. Such a great place to be!
