Do note that despite what their website claims, they are NOT a compounding pharmacy. Had my dr call in a prescription that needed compounding b/c their website mentions compounding. Staff was very nice on the phone explaining that they only compound for “diet”. And I appreciate them giving me the contact info for the closest compounding pharmacy. But would have appreciated not getting my medicine delayed a whole extra day thinking they were going to fill it when I could have sent it somewhere else instead.

I have used ReNue Plaza (f/n/a Plaza Medical Pharmacy) since they opened their business. I have always been treated with the upmost respect from both Julie and Hiten. Anytime I needed assistance, they have been there to help me out quickly and with a smile. Plaza Medical Pharmacy is the best!

I had a fantastic experience with this pharmacy as they assisted me with obtaining my Mounjaro prescription. The pharmacist was extremely helpful in finding a discount card for the medication and handling any prior authorizations that were needed. They also went above and beyond by working closely with my physician's office to ensure that I was able to get the medication as soon as possible.With the ongoing Mounjaro shortages, the pharmacy staff put in extra effort to track down the medication and find a supplier that had it in stock. Their dedication to ensuring that I received the treatment I needed was greatly appreciated.Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help their patients.

This is by far the Best pharmacy I have been to! The entire staff is amazing and make you feel as if you are family! Always welcomed as soon as you walk in by Naomi and Sofia. ReNue will always be my go to from now on. I can not recommend this pharmacy enough! If I could give it more Stars I definitely would. Thank you for goingover and beyond for your customers!
