Worst bank by far, the staff is very lazy and unprofessional. They complain about how many night deposits you make when it's their job to count and record the money. Marie is the worst, thinks she knows it all. Avoid this bank or at least this location at all costs

I had the best experience at this location. I went in to get a cashier check and they were so excited for me and my journey. Super friendly staff and everything was clean and Covid precautions were in order (masks, social distancing, glass between customer and teller). Overall great experience!

I went to make a deposit they looked at my money then sent it to the back to make sure it was not counterfeit I suppose. Then the banker rudely told me I could have used the ATM to make my deposit. This bank doesn't treat people very nicely at all. I suggest you use another bank!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! If you're Hispanic and you walk into this branch expect to be asked 1 million questions. I walked into the branch greeted by a staff member who asked me what I needed to do. I let her know that I needed to do a withdrawal. She asked me if I had a new account I said yes I just opened it last week. She said was it at a branch or online. I said does it matter. I was finally seen by Marie Bhombal Who greeted me by my first name, I'm assuming she heard my name when I walked in. I provided her with the withdrawal ticket and my form of ID that I used to open the account which is my temporary Texas drivers license. She asked me if I had any other form of identification and I let her know that I did not have any other identification this is what I open my account with. I let her know that I had transactions that just occurred my rent payment one and a cash deposit which was done a few days prior. She then asked me to verify information such as my Social Security number I gave that to her. Then she wanted more information I asked her why is this being asked, are you doing a fraud verification. She then replied and said well we're so close to all the freeways and homeless that we have to do this. I then asked her well do I look homeless. Finally after asking all these questions I was finally able to walk out with the $200 that I had requested. This is not a good way to provide customer service to individuals especially a new customer. Once I get my permanent drivers license I will be closing my account here at this bank which I was going to make a large deposit from my Bank of America account that I'm closing. I'd rather take it elsewhere
