It's great to be able to have somewhere to go in the hood to just get away. Unfortunately the lady needs to learn some manners. Manager is rude to pretty much everyone. And they scam 10 bucks for staying. Won't allow you to pay more than one day, then adds a $10 "early check in" fee when you pay in the morning.

Rooms are ok except for strong cigarette odor in every room. The staff tries to neutralize the odor with strong chemicals but the bitter smell combination of cigarette odor and neutralizing chemicals linger in the rooms. Even the non smoking rooms will have a strong cigarette odor. The staff rents all rooms to smokers and then neutralizes them with strong spray.

Cheap Rooms means checking everything on entry to the domicile by law every hotel/motel allows you to checkout the room before purchase so don’t get yourself in a sticky situation ???

I think it's the best place to stay here for the next few weeks but it will not be easy for you and the rest of my world is not going anywhere right now because of my work with the city of Dallas that I have been able to get through and I am still in the process of getting my own money
