Went in this evening, wanted the roasted peanuts, asked the GM RIEL for the spoon and rudely was told "They had put them up" I proceeded to counter were the CSR Tiffany politely apologized for his rudeness and gave me a serving spoon. AS I finished getting the peanuts, the GM and Assistant came out and I made the statement " you never know who's in the store" the GM's Assignant proceeded to say " We don't give a F who you are". Instant humiliation rendered in my face, I am a paying customer. Management is suppose to represent the Brand of Racetrac and commitment to customers service/satisfaction, not to be blatantly verbal assault by the Assistant GM. I frequent this store daily as a Operation Manager and to see the lack of Moral in this store, shows just how the lack of a great team is not in place. AIREL the Present GM, care nothing for customer resolutions nor the value of good CSR. There needs to be a full Store redevelopment per Management/Staff that care about the Brand of Racetrac.

Came to fill my tank and use the restroom. But the restrooms “are closed at night” as the cashier says. Can yall please hire people that can keep the store fully functional.

Why is there always a lazy MF at this store, restrooms closed cause they to lazy to do there job and clean the restroom in the morning. I know why I never go to this location.
