Had to wait in line 11 mins while 1 person took her time checking out everyone. Her nails were so long she was having trouble on all the touch screens.....and she wanted to sit and chat and socialize while everyone was in line. There was someone else in the kitchen - but they would not come help. This person also didnt say hello, never addressed anyone in store and took her mary sweet ole time. Not to mention the place smelled......why is this location garbage compared to other locations?

Night shift guy at 230-3 am claims they are closed when it’s 24 hours yet he’s out here with two females in short skirts flirting and just came out of the store with them rubbing on them and flirting . But he can’t service any other customers . Maybe if he would do his job instead of picking whom he wants to let in the store this store wouldn’t be trash

Majority of staff I've encountered is simply awful. From rude, to distracted, or just flat out bitter to be working. Checkout lines are often delayed due to cashiers/employees, as well as a male shift manager continuously socializing amongst themselves rather than assisting present customers and simply catching up with one another on down times. Seems like a complete lack of leadership and order at this location.

The majority of the staff are awful, disrespectful and have no manners what so ever including the allegedly "manager" that's what she said, just a few minutes ago I was at this location at the racetrack on royal lane. Dallas tx . I went inside to used the restroom when one of the employees went in there to tell me I can't shave my mustache in there and I felt like she was or is practically stocking me . I mean what employee or manager from racetrack goes inside the restroom and saids "you can't do that sir" "I said shave??? This is a terrible crew I hope someone of sense can attempt to fix this problem.. thank you
