My Sister in law referred us to Bo. We called, told him what was wrong and he said bring it in. He checked out the problem gave us and estimate and said it would be done by the end of the day. Will definitely bring car back if other problems arise in the future. Great service! Highly recommend this shop.Service: Brakes

Robert out sources my car to another repair repair shop!!! I had no knowledge. Which I did not find out until I went to pick up car and it was not there. He accepted my funds knowing my car was not there, then told me he would be back in 20 minutes What the Hell...he never returned with my car. I called police ...down hill. To top it off he took my $2000 cash and no car...But I will say he got that right One!

RL TURNER IS THE WORST AUTOMOTIVE SHOP EVER!!!!!!! THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY CAR BECAUSE I CHOSE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS SHOP.
I was referred to this shop by a friend. Called and the owner had my car towed to his shop on a tuesday and quoted me $1100 to replace a broken wire harness plus $1900 for a new wire harness. I declined his services so he demanded i repay him $60 for the tow or he would take possession of my car. I told him I would be by Friday after I got my check to pay him the $60 towing fee and to leave my car (which was parked on the street not on his property) where it was and not to do any work to my car. Friday he started blowing my phone up while I was still at work dema ding I come pay him the $60. When I told him that I was working he said neveremind the $60, I got ur car. And hung up. I came Saturday early in the morning and had to call the police to witness me pay him the $60 and get my car back from this theif. He tried to also charge me an extra $50 for storage fees when my car was never on his property. He is extremely rude and dishonest.

Knows allot about cars because he worked on mine. The bill totaled well over $2500 in the time I took my car to him. The problem I had was the follow up check. He never answered my calls. He has caller I.D. so I've watch him screen others calls after he finished the job. Because he is knowledgable I over looked all that peddy stuff. mainly because he said he let other mechanics go. So he had no one to answer his calls. What made is upset was the fact that I referred my son to his shop for diagnostic check ONLY. So why did he call 2days later saying he had bought parts and completed the job but the main problems was still not solved!!??. He charged my son labor, parts on top of diagnostic check. My son only paid him what he ask to be done (diagnose the problem) . Rober(owner)t got upset and told my son "Tell your mother not to send any customers like you to me". So everyone who's considering a good trustworthly mechanic thats shows professionalism, I'm sure your like me and my son (,willing to pay what is nessasary but with discretion). So I was told through word of mouth by my son that R L Turner automotive owner said do not send him customers like myself and my son, I recommend you find a mechanc that is anything other than shade tree.

Had my car towed here after being referred by a long time customer. I heard good things so I decided I would trust them with my car. They were supposedly checking my car to find the problem. After receiving a 1200 quote for labor and parts(Transmission control module), I decided to pop up on them and check out the issues they had found. I found my car sitting up looking like it hadn't been touched, after being told earlier via phone that my transmission was falling apart internally. How could you possibly know this when you haven't removed a single nut or bolt? They told me they did computer diagnostics. I mentioned the convo. I had earlier with a different guy who told me my transmission was falling apart. The owner told me no one else could have told me that. I left the shop wondering if I should continue to trust them. The next day, my wife called and was told the entire transmission needed a rebuild and it would be 2200. We decided to get our car away from them. They charged us 145 for diagnostics and towing, and wouldn't provide proof of the diagnostics report. Bad customer service and untrustworthy. I had red flags from the beginning. I shouldn't have let them touch my car.
