I stopped at this one every day before work, but today I should have Just driven by. Both cashiers are very rude and seem to be irritated because in the back the water had a buy one get one free sign. Considering every day, I stop by there to grab two bottles of water. This is my normal routine but today because it had buy One get one free I decided to purchase those. Anyway, for whatever reason, it was not ringing up like that and the manager seems to be very rude when I asked her to go back there and look at the sign. She Went and looked at the sign, saw what it said and so eventually after five minutes of going back-and-forth, she went ahead and rung it up as that. Anyway, she proceeded to ask me about paying cash or card. I reply, but I will be paying cash and she walked off. She said the other cashier would be taking my cash, but they cashier proceeded to bring up other customers. I am in customer service and I understand that you can get busy at time but you should never ignore Customer, nor should you treat them the way that I was treated today. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this QT And she’s the manager maybe y’all need to rethink your hiring processes. Because she was extremely inappropriate and seem to be very irritated of my request. That was rude and I did not appreciate it when I asked for my money back. She told me that she can’t buy it right now and so I just walked out.

Women’s Bathroom was disgusting, smelt like pee and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Nastiest QT I've been to!

One of my regular rest stops... but this time when I got my fountain drink I kept coughing and hacking after each sip now tonight my throat hurts... these people need to clean their fountain machine! ASAP

Very often, now the coffee machines are broken at QT gas stations. There were six people in line, two coffee portals.Three persons at each waiting to get coffee.Both of the automatic machines, not working correctly...really!!! This is why we need human beings instead of machines. (Give them their jobs back so you can continue to make your money QT) And no one to help rectify the situation...SMH@ 0530am on a Saturday morning

DO NOT GET GAS HERE. Got gas at 11:50 PM and the pump kept stopping and restarting. It says it pumped everything I put in but I know how many miles my car gets when I put a certain amount in and it’s half that for gas that’s cheaper than I’ve been getting. I just wasted money . Do not get gas here

Excellent gas station. Always within 5 cents of the lowest around west Dallas, excellent selection and prices inside, fast and kind staff, and they are always cleaning around the station.

QuikTrip at 1500 N Westmoreland Rd, Dallas, TX 75211
This QuikTrip should be named QuikTrip Sky ? Castle" for it has one of the best views of the city in all of Dallas. It sits on top of a hill right off of Westmoreland and I-30 ? you can't miss it or you're just driving way too fast?️?. Today making one of my usual stops I found that they had brisket and mac and cheese with a little barbecue sauce on top. I said I was going to try it but I needed to buy two just in case I loved it. I got to admit QuikTrip this was an unbelievable experience ? Please keep up the good work? Overall one of the best gas station experiences you could ever have. Also if you truly need help they don't hesitate ???

Tried to get cash back, I only needed $30. The girl put it in the system and it denied me she told me I couldn’t use tap pay, which I wasn’t, so I tried it again. Then she said oh I forgot, the limit is $25. So I said that’s fine I’ll do 20 then grab something else and do the other $10. And told me I would have to go to another location to do the other transaction and if I tried to do it thru another employee she would tell them to deny me. I asked to speak to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that the max was $25 per customer per card per day and “they have been really strict with them lately about not doing it”. For a company that handles hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash it is ridiculous to limit the amount of cash back to a customer to $25 especially if they offer to purchase another item to make a second transaction. Especially if the system WILL allow it and to tell the customer I’ll tell the other worker not to do it. Since I have to go out of my way to do what I came here to do anyways, I guess I’ll just continue to go out of my way to keep from shopping here from now on.

Since they changed personal. this location is very UNACCEPTABLE. I come every morning to get a coffee and some times something for breakfast. The little girl with the big eyelashes is so disrespectful. The coffee area is been very dirty and there's not the staff we need for prepared our stuff. We ask for it and they just turn around and don't even care. This is my way to work and is very disappointed that a store with this big of name care more about everything else except for the areas that we use every day. I have pictures of the coffee area were everything is so disorganized and dirty. Trash, and the trays were is the coffee need were they empty. No cool. This is third day on the roll with the same issue.. BIG EYELASHES LITTLE GIRL. IS A WAY TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS..
