They are good with customers. They're always packed 90% of the time but all the employees know how to work both sides of the register very well which makes the lines go quickly.

We love ordering ahead from QT but this location is becoming harder to enjoy between the random drifters trying to approach you inside the store and the kitchen workers forgetting to put all the order in the bag. They always forget to add any sauces we order even though I'm being charged for them. Annoying as hell!
