I Love QuikTrip! This particular QT has fallen from grace! Mildew and Mold on the soda machines is a health hazard. Especially following the COVID pandemic. I’ve added pictures that I literally just taken 5 minutes ago. 07 April 2024. Sunday.

LOVE the QT brand but this location is atrocious. Teenagers in the kitchen will definitely get your food wrong while loudly complaining about being at work. Save your time and choose a better location with apparent customer service and training .

This is the second time this employees over charge and do not apologize for their mistakes. Today the african lady with plastic glasses over charged me then acted mad when i asked her for receipt. She did not validate my free drink welcome to app coupon. I had to tell her to pay attention to what shes doing. For that the senior african woman security that usually just sits in her walker and sleeps while her kid runs around the store interior. SECURITY STARTED CUSSING ME OUT WHEN I WAS WALKING OUT SAYING TO GET OUT OF THE STORE AND GOT VERY CLOSE TO ME ATTEMPTING TO TOUCH ME. I WISH FOR MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME AND I WILL REPORT THAT SECURITY WITH ALLIED Universal SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She is not supposed to escalate situation. She supposed to be professional and respectful no matter the situation thats what they are trained for. I began to record her and she turned around talking on the phone.

QT is the most reliable place for Mountain Dew Voltage which is why I almost always choose QT. Don’t have Voltage when I go out of my way to your location, lose a star.
