Change the tags that display deals. You’re charging customers more than they realize if they don’t look at the receipts.
It’s one thing to deny someone the expired deal they bring to your attention, but at least remove the stickers so others don’t get fooled.

Hello I never witnessed so much discrimination towards Africa American woman my life. So this employee Sam was checking out this lady she told him I brought the cup in. His response was we I don’t know you should’ve said something very rudely. She did ask to purchase so cigarettes, he said is that it real me and she handed him the money. He gave her change laid it on the counter. He never greeted her nor made any eye contact. She simply asked him was he okay and he say yeah why, then he asked the security guard on duty to escort out. Why is the real question she didn’t do anything what type of business is this that being supervised because he was the worst. He should be fired for his attitude and disrespect towards a black woman. I will not never come to this store again.

Came for lunch break the soda machine was filthy and the Manager was sassy and rude about her filthy soda station ..I wasted my lunch break..will not spend another dime here.

I give so much money to this business. It is outrageous. I came into this store to use the restroom and buy gas and a drink like I always do everyday on my route and I come into this store to arude cashier that tells me it's going to be a long wait for the restroom during rush hour traffic. It was bad enough it few took me 15 minutes just to get a few lights up the road but what was even worse was when she was pulling the guy off of the restrooms knowing intentionally that there was someone who needed to use the bathroom. That's cruel. I already have a bad kidney. This caused me severe pain. Your customer service and lack of empathy will lose at least hundreds of dollars of business a month.

This particular Quiktrip, the Workers are Very Customer Service Oriented, Informative, and Pleasant. They Greet with a smile, especially the young ladies, they are very courteous, efficient, accurate, and speedy in getting you out, during the rush hours and/or busy times throughout the day, even when not rush hour and customers are frequently coming. I appreciate the knowledge they have about the store and products. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff is always nice, However, the men’s restroom may be the worst QTrip restroom I’ve ever been in, absolutely disgusting, it was hard to breathe. PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.
I did notify the manager who seem to start working on the issue right away

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON 1/31/2025 at 7:40 ish pm! Young African American girl that was working as a cashier was extremely rude to me and seems to be racially profiling Hispanics! I had no issues coming here all week when I was being rung up by the nice young man working cashier in the afternoons around 7! But today that the young girl rung me up she was nothing but rude and kept giving me an my mother mean stares. My mother was buying alcohol and only she handled the alcohol and she was the one making the purchase, I only had a bag of pretzels and we were both asked for our IDs and we asked why since I am underage and I didn’t handle the alcohol, I wasn’t the one paying, I had no correlation to the alcohol just pretzels and we let the cashier know that and the fact I am underage only wanting my pretzels, we also let her know that we had no issues buying anything this whole week because again I haven’t and never handled anything but she just kept looking at us all rude for no reason and wanting 2 IDs when my mom had already shown her I’d and let the cashier knows I’m underage and not the one purchasing or handling the alcohol and refused to let us pay. The moment we stepped to purchase our things she had gave us a nasty look while my mother and I were speaking Spanish when this all started, I know there was NO misunderstanding because when we actually spoke to the cashier we spoke in clear English the whole time and the cashier was acknowledging everything we were telling her she just didn’t want to let us purchase our stuff, or in better words she didn’t want my MOTHER to be able to PURCHASE her drinks and my pretzels .
