On February 15 at 5:45 AM I came in a bought some Motrin and it was a young Latino Cashier named Alex that rung up my order. I gave him $100 bill and he only gave me back $17 and some change. I take accountability for not double checking to make sure change was given correctly. However I was in so much pain from cramps and I went back to get managers name to report incident. The security officers was nice because we were the same color. They gave me the managers name and said he could re track the cameras to prove if my claim was accurate. I called Monday morning and told the situation and he stated he could not tell if I had given $100 bill or not. I had trusted the cashier and did not no I would be a victim of petty theft. He was young and probably pocketed the $79 dollars. This store is terrible !

Wow... As many years as I've been going to QT not 1 time have I ever had to pay almost$3.00 for a refill of coffee. I will never stop at this QT again! Almost $3.00 for a refill and when I mentioned that I thought I had left my money at home she said... "Ok" I went to look for my wallet in my truck and informed her that I must have left it at home.... She then told me I had to pay for it. So I told her to just throw the damn thing away!! I'll not ever stop here again I'll continue going to Mesquite QT and McKinney QT on my trips. Never again will I stop here for anything. !! I remember when they used to give you free coupons whenever they didn't have/ or was out of something. They don't even do that anymore...

Night shift manager was very rude. Went in to use the restrooms while traveling at night and for the restrooms to be closed due to the employees not wanting to clean them. Not good for traveling, very inconvenient.

Everything you'd expect from your typical QT, good food, friendly staff And gas pumps. Yup, I pumped my own gas at this gas station and it was good... Real good.

Customer service excellent! The way they treat you is very awesome. I go there before 6, in between and after work. That’s my number 1 store. They finally have armed security there makes me feel kinda safe. Whoever that tall dark skin dude that’s a security officer, DAMM he handles business. Honestly, whoever he is I wouldn’t wanna run up on him. I promise he’s cool but will shut it down with no problem. 5 stars to whoever you are.

I love QT! Why? Because it is the one store that has almost everything I love. I think the cashiers are awesome and very friendly and professional. There is a security guard and I like that feeling that if you need any kind of assistance, they are there with you.I am a Mt Dew Fan, so I drink that primarily! However they have so many options, that sometimes I find myself in a state of confusion because I want every drink to find out if I am going to find out something new.I recommend this location and give a heartfelt 5 stars! Just look at the smoothies and see why I can be indecisive at times.
