The air pump here has been broken for a month now. Used to work. But the. The needle part was gone, seems they added it back but it still doesn't work. It blows air but doesnt glfill the tire. Not sealing maybe? 🤷♂️

I stopped at QT about 12:30am tonight. I drive for ride share apps and sometimes need to use the facilities, get a drink, a snack and/or refuel. I loved QT bc they are friendly and clean. Unfortunately, they have recently (at least this location) instituted a new policy that they close the restrooms at night. I don’t know if this is all locations in Dallas or just this one. I am sure they have a reason for this, but for those of us who have depended on them as a safe one stop shop, this is really unfortunate. I am seriously disappointed and will have to look for other places when working the late night/early morning shift. And poor late night traveler who now has nowhere to go if they need a bathroom at night. Also, a sign would have been helpful. Nothing indicated the bathrooms were closed on the doors, I’m grateful it was not a bathroom emergency.

Recently changed, corporate wide the restrooms close at 12 midnight! I get there at 11:30 PM and this white guy with white hair says the restrooms close at 11 PM. I think he said this cause he was the only one there! STOP MAKING CUSTOMERS SUFFER BECAUSE YOU ALL DON’T HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES ON DUTY AT NIGHT!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This quick trip is great. The customer service is amazing- I have to brag about Chris. I’m not sure if he is the manager but he should be. He helped me and my daughter out on a busy day with some gift cards that weren’t working. He really went above and beyond to help us. Thanks again Chris! It’s good to know there are still some good people out there in the world.

Besides Buccees QT is the only other gas station I will stop at. They are usually safer and cleaner than most of the stations around the city. Plus they have great coffee and healthy snack options with fruits and fresh sandwiches. They have the not so healthy stuff too which are amazing as well. The fried food is better than most fast food chains out there.

Great employees, great selection of items, pumps are always available, sometimes the customers are the worst crackhead podunk fart sniffers in Dallas.

Awful. At around 3-4pm Monday December 11th with my fiance and asked the Hispanic cashier for cash back and he has extremely belligerent. He refused to do it and said I must have 2 different types of debit cards to do this.Well that would be lovely except I am very tight on funds which is why I need the cash back in the first place. Anyways I have been going there for years and I will never go to quick trip again he was that awful.I have never given a negative review on Google in 10 years.Thats how bad he was also don't get him confused with his coworker another polite Hispanic guy.He just looks like a c@$k S***,r with his little mustache..pfff

I had gotten fuel at one of their stations in the next day. My car wouldn't start towed it to my mechanic and he identified the fuel pump wasn't working and noticed it was the fuel that was killing everything in the fuel system ended up being over $10,000 worth of work, he suggested I call the gas station and I'm glad I did because I was surprised to find out they have a guarantee on their fuel, and they just asked me for my receipt showing when and where I bought the fuel and for my mechanic to fill out a form explaining which repairs were caused by the fuel.. QT paid for the entire repair. The representative was friendly and reassuring and also made arrangements to pay the shop directly, instead of reimbursing me, because the amount was so large. i'm really happy to have my car back just like it was before and now I actually look for QT gas stations because I did a little research and I'm not finding other gas stations who also guarantee their fuel, or promise to pay for repairs if anything happens.

According to reports, recently over a dozen cars that have filled up here have reported engine problems - likely caused from bad gas. AVOID!!

Multiple people at my dealership have also claimed this QT has bad gas and ruined their cars.
