WHEN SIGNING UP FOR MEMBERSHIP PUT AN ACTIVE EMAIL!!! THEY CHANGE THE PRICE OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU!!!!! Mines started at $10 then couple months later went to $24 and change and then they changed it again to $27 without notifying me first!!!!!
Have had a membership for the past year and a half, The WORST place to come and wash your vehicle. They never have clean towels to use , the “ window cleaner” is literally just water. Some of the vacuum tubes don’t work and parking lot is always dirty .
Emailed the customer service team to let them know I wasn’t happy with a lot of these issues and some person named Brisia or something like that; responded with offering me a “ gift card” which didn’t make any sense b/c I’m paying for a membership already, so what good does a gift card do me? She’s very rude. Don’t recommend this place AT ALL.

Service is good & the car wash is well maintained that all the equipment is working in the wash. Only thing is the vacuum cleaners don’t properly work well to clean the carpet of the vehicle.

NO no noooo !!! This car wash is horrible when it relates to customer service. I’ve been a paid membership customer for 6 plus months. I was overcharged, they close early multiple times 10-20 minutes early( this is more than one location). I’ve left numerous submissions online for them to call me back, they never do, or they will email and never call you. I even went to two locations and asked for management and they can’t do anything but advise you to contact the same customer service that will never call you back. I actually wanted to rectify the situation but they don’t care to reach out to their customers. When I say I’ve literally reached out 6 or more times with no callback. Please save yourself. The fact I took time to write this long review should tell you how serious it is.
