I went to the Quest at 11613 N Central Expy Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75243 today for lab work. My toddler moved several of the chairs in the waiting area a few inches while waiting. When the two staff members opened the door, neither greeted me. They talked passive aggressively about the chairs being moved as if I wasn’t there. One of them pointed inside. I walked inside and didn’t know where to go because the staff member was silent. When she drew my blood, she pricked me harder than normal. I now have a large bruise on the area.

Tonya was amazing. Most places have to stab new ten to twenty times before they move to my fingers but Tonya listened to me and found a vien on the first try.

I created my account online so the check in process was extremely easy through a text message they sent me. They brought me in 2 min after I got there and the technician was very professional and efficient, she did a great job drawing my blood, the whole process took less than 10min.

Overcharged me. Double the price of previous visit with no explanation or sympathy.

Warning!!! This place is completely dirty, unprofessional worker seating In the front and the wait time is ridiculous. I was there for an hour for simple lab test.

The Mexican lady is the most rudest person I've ever encountered in the medial field. I've been to this location twice for drug screenings and she seems to have the worse days everytime I come. Quest definitely should reevaluate this position and post an opening on Indeed ASAP. My suggestion is choose another location.

Miss Evelyn is a great expert at her job, she treats patients very well and is very kind. She treated us well and it doesn't take anything, it takes a second and that's it. She is very fast doing her job and loves her job. She is very good Madam, very kind Evelyn, thank you for everything!

I had Ms Dottie (sp??) for my blood draw. She really went above and beyond to help me. I was greatly appreciative of her effort. I was fasting the night before for my blood glucose and she did not turn me around! If it was anyone else, they would have! Thank you so much Ms Dottie!!! They are very efficient in getting people in on time for a Saturday! Very good experience

This QD location had very bad reviews, however I decided to try it anyway since it was close to where I live. The location was not hard to find. The waiting area was very clean and neat. I checked in through the kiosk when I arrived (located in the lobby). I missed my appointment time so I was added to the waitlist which mentioned I may have to wait 60+ minutes before being seen. I only ended up waiting 15 minutes before I was seen! I was there to take a drug test for my employer. The staff member that helped me was a Hispanic lady that was very nice and personable. The testing area was neat and clean. She gave clear instructions on what to do and the bathroom was also clean. She also mentioned my employer would receive results within 24 hours, which was a great turn around time. The overall process went by very quickly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I would recommend this location and would visit again in the future if necessary.

I was sent from my PCP to this Quest lab location down the road from her office. I paid for the lab testing at the PCP office prior to arriving at Quest. Any charges should have been charged to my PCP's office as they work with Quest often.I was charged $129 at Quest, and the money was removed from my account 3 weeks later. When I asked the Quest technician about the charge while at the office, I was told I would have to talk with my doctor's office but the money was owed. My PCP refunded me $100, but I still lost $$ due Quest not being thorough.I then received ANOTHER bill for $280 for the same lab tests that I shouldn't have paid for initially.Don't go here. If they ask you to pay for something, ask questions.
