The service was pathetic. I was asked to get printed copy of the doctors order twice. Every time i went out to get prints i had to schedule appointment again.
My doctor sent me lab record via email. It is such inconvenient when patients are made to spend half a day just to get print out and appointment. Also the lab assistant Valencia King was super rude . Totally i would never suggest anyone with Quest diagnostics at central expy. I tried calling their customer care no one respond

I always have a hard time giving blood. Both times I have gone to this location, the staff has been so good at finding a good vein. I am not scared to give blood. But I struggled with it afterwards. It makes my stomach turn. I did feel lightheaded afterwards which is normal for me. And the tech was so patient with me and made sure I was okay before leaving. It was really fast and convenient.

I've already visited twice recently, so I feel qualified enough to leave a review. I'll be back later this month so I'll update my review if I notice anything. I first came here with concern after seeing a lot of bad reviews on Google, but I honestly don't know what the problem is. The staff are all working hard and I didn't notice any dirty or hygiene issues in particular. It seems that most of the bad reviews are related to appointment times and wait times rather than people or places. I highly recommend utilizing your smartphone. I always park my car and check in on my phone, and between the time I open my car door, get out, and walk into the place, I'm worried they'll call my name too soon.

The location at Preston/Forest in Dallas has a new check in kiosk. It is more user friendly. If you permit text messages you can also check in by text/phone. So much easier! I was in and out much more efficiently!

An employee told me to sign in and began to do walkins befor me. I ended up spending 2 hours at Quest. The facility was dirty and there was no sanitizer to use after placing your IDs.
It's clear they have no issue with patients waiting solve any problem.

I checked in online before my appointment and the tech called my name as soon as I walked in the door. Lynn is the lovely woman who drew my bloodwork today and she has such an easy hand! I barely felt the needle and she was fast. Super efficient and Lynn was really nice!

Couldn’t recommend this place more. I had to go here for a biometric screening for my insurance. I made an appointment online. I HAD been going to my GP to get the screening done, and it was at least an hour long process. I tried going here instead this time around and the entire appointment was a whopping 9 minutes. I had scheduled my appointment in the morning, but even showing up a minute or two late, after checking in I didn’t even get a chance to sit down before they were already calling me to the back to begin the screening. I had even printed off the forms (biometric, cotine, etc) but didn’t even need to do that because they already had the forms virtually. Very easy and fast experience
