I was NOT able to get an actual person on the phone to answer my questions in advance of making an appointment. The phone recording only refers you to the website for more information. The website didn’t have a function to answer my questions.

I make it a priority to travel to this location in Presbyterian Hospital Professional Building 3 on the 4th floor to have my blood drawn. They are friendly, professional and technically excellent.

Rita is truly remarkable—she showed incredible patience and went above and beyond to try to get my order from my OB after waiting for an hour. When I returned the next day, the blood draw she performed was seamless, with no bruising afterwards. She's an absolute gem and a valuable asset to Quest!

I came for what should have 15 -30 minutes top. I had an appointment. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for blood work Only two ladies for the entire office they were completely frustrated. She was telling me to tell my Dr to fax here and then fax there. He must have an old system. They have the latest BC, that’s why it’s not going through ? finally after I showed her my Dr who texted me a pdf of the orders, she looked at it and went to the file cabinet under T, and there it was the whole time since yesterday, dear lord. Then, filling out fields on the computer to put an order in, she couldn’t find his name. I said I saw it right there popping up. She said, “Oh, I didn’t see that.”
Then she gets all the tubes and stickers to label and draws blood. After she puts the labels on, she has one sticker left and no tube. She’s looking in the trash, and she’s looking at other tubes. So she had to stick me again for one vial.
I was very patient. I never complained. Will never go there again

I was brought to the room quickly after check in. The phlebotomist was informative and kind. She also performed a painless blood draw!

So I went for blood work some black lady was going to do my labs and had my name wrong
When I pointed to her she acted like it was my fault. Then she had the audacity to get upset, my name was not Julie ?

Arrived early, checked in. Smooth automated process with kiosk. Only waited a few minutes. Called back by Amy, mature African American female. Sat in the chair and she proceeded to explain what orders she had and what she couldn’t do and why. I proceeded to stand up and leave as I knew that she would not be able to do all of the labs that I needed. She then asked me to sit down and I obliged. Then she says, “People need to calm down and let us talk.” I have never been spoken to in this manner from anyone at Quest. This happened at 7:55 AM! She couldn’t have been there long, and must have just been starting her day. Wow. Will not be going back. She needs a day or a few days off. Better yet, maybe a new profession.

I was a little frustrated beforehand because you can't call anyone to confirm they received the order for your test, however the service was so quick and easy and the lady who took my blood was very professional and I barely felt it. Also, I wish all doctor's offices had that insurance card reader rather than having to fill out all the info.

Tinya is amazing. Was so scared but didn't feel a thing and it was over so fast. Literally best blood draw ever which is a weird thing to say but she's a pro. 10/10 - no pain.

I made an appointment online, showed up early, and was treated so poorly. I was greeted by a woman who was immediately rude and talked to me as if I was a child insinuating that I had not checked in(I already had). Another woman then chimed in that I had already checked in, neither of them speaking directly to me. When I started to talk to the older woman who was in the room with me she yelled over me to speak to her coworker. After having me sit for 5 minutes they told me they would not do my labs because I did not have a print out of the lab work. No where in the confirmation email or in the office did it mention that a print out was necessary. Not only was it a huge waste of time but they were rude and unprofessional. I have gone to quests before and they have been fine experiences but I would not recommend using this lab.

Checking in takes to long and no instructions to bring certain credentials. Live person is better
