Im truly grateful to Josh, Casey and the movers for picking up my things and delivering them to my current destination. I left Dallas last Wednesday and I received my things this past Sunday. That was very fast. Puma Van Lines are excellent movers. I try appreciate them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY…..Unprofessionals, unreliable, very expensive… damaged all my furniture and home structures and did not take responsibility. Hiring a lawyer to sue them for a Million dollars

I used Puma Van Lines to move my mother in law from Arlington, TX to Menifee, CA and the whole process went better than expected. The movers disassembled the bed and items were wrapped and protected. Once the truck arrived in CA, there were about six men who carried in all of the items. They put the bedroom furniture in place and reassembled the bed as well. Everything arrived in tact so that made the move easier for her.

I was very pleased to have such a positive experience with a moving company. I’ve had to move me and my family five times in the past four years and I will tell you by far that this has been the best experience out of all of them.
Daniel was very detailed and professional, he went above and beyond for us (sorry for remaking my list a million times). We moved about a week ago and we received our stuff yesterday. I had a few extra televisions that Gus actually packed for me for free (your the man!).
When we move again I will most definitely be reaching back out to these guys, they have earned our family’s business for sure.

Puma Van Lines was amazing! These guys really work hard. They packed up my home and delivered my things in less than a week.
I was working with one of their sales representatives, Daniel. I have to say he was true to his word through and through. I was very happy to receive my belongings in less time than what I was originally quoted. They made it from Fort Worth to Los Angeles in 5 days, made my life easier not to have to sleep on a blow up mattress.
I had no damage to any of my stuff and they moved a full three bedroom with the storage in my garage. I was a little worried at first because I was reading a few of these reviews online, but after Daniel assured me that he had discussed all possible charges with me and that the price would not go up for any reason, I decided to go ahead and move with Puma.
I really appreciate the honesty and the integrity of these guys and that’s why I decided to tip them each $150 when they delivered my stuff.
I can’t thank you guys enough and I would recommend everybody to use these guys if you want to smooth move.

Didn't appreciate being made to feel like I was being fleeced. I was quoted a price of 1,976 to pack out two rooms. Once my stuff was packed, I was charged an additional 1, 100 by driver. I went with it. Then after Puma was in complete control of my load, they pulled another stunt. I kept getting this very vague time frame for delivery from Daniel. Then he referred me to this mystery person named Melissa via an email address only, with a bunch of numbers that didn't make sense to me. So I insisted that he provide me with a phone contact so that I could actually stay connected to my shipment through this mystery person for whom I had questions. My load was to be transported from Tx. to Az. without anyone on the receiving end. So it was like playing hopscotch with Melissa trying to pin point a timeframe so that I could travel to AZ to receive my delivery- and she was no help at all. It was as if she wanted me to miss my delivery so that the company could fleece me for more money. All she was willing to say was 14 business days til delivery. I even asked if she could perhaps give me a tentative timeframe based on the years of experience she kept boasting about.. but to no avail. However, one thing she seemed definite about was the 5% credit card charge if I opted to pay the delivery fee with my visa. But to her surprise I worked it out. Bottom line, I had a horrible experience with this company, and would never recommend them to anyone.
Beware of the Old Bait and Switch Scam, and make sure you ask the delivery questions and get helpful answers before releasing your property to any moving company.
