My lab work was sent to lab without my knowledge. A few months later I got paper work stating I was late on paying a bill. Even though this was the first notification I received from them. I immediately contacted them and paid my bill. I asked the representative on the phone if there was a remaining balance and she stated no. Now in October I’m getting calls from a collection agency stating I owe a bill for 300 dollars for 1 visit. I had to call multiple times to get ahold of a representative. When I finally got a hold of one. She stated the bill was sent out to a bad address. Then changed her story to the notifications were sent out. She also didn’t acknowledge the previous representative providing me with the wrong information. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Just like everyone else in the reviews, I got a call from a collections agency about an unpaid bill from Pro Path that I never received and had no clue about. It was only $82 so I’m going to resolve it, but it’s incredibly inconvenient to deal with collections as someone who’s never had to do this before and who has great credit.

Recieved a letter from collections for a bill I never received! How is there not a class action law suit against this company yet. It seems as though this is happening with many of their clients!

I have some bill for $500 in collections and there is no way that is mine!! I have had health insurance for years!! This place screwed up my credit for a bill I have no knowledge about!!! Thieves!!
Edit. I talked to them and they said it was there mistake and they charged my insurance immediately after reporting a bill I never had to pay!!!! Most messed up part is my credit is ruined and both pro path and the credit recovery place told me there is nothing they can do. Make that make sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There seems to be a common problem with their billing department. I paid online and it reset my balance to $0. I had another doctor visit a week later which then used ProPath again. Received 1 bill and then it went to collections with the new balance. It hasn't even been 2wks since I got the last bill.
Try to get a referral/work order to a local lab so you don't have to deal with this company.

Unfortunately, this company is participating in unfair & wrongful business practices. My dermatologist used their lab services. I never received a bill from this company, yet they sent a $52 past amount due to a collection agency. All they had to do was send a bill and I would verify services and ensure it was paid timely.
Poor Customer Service at Best!
I reached out to the company directly and they claim they sent the bill thrice and it automatically goes to credit agency.

My doctor's office used ProPath for my labs and I received false positive results. I got a second test immediately through another office and lab and everything came back negative. ProPath apparently was then able to retest the original sample and came back with a negative to match the other test. This error caused an unbelievable amount of stress on someone who is 13 weeks pregnant. A truly terrible experience.

Had a Pap smear go through this lab. It was paid by my insurance!! I called to confirm that insurance was paying it and I just got a letter in the mail from a collections agency. So messed up
