I truly cannot say enough amazing things about working with Wendy. Her professionalism and diligence is to be admired. I started my own private dental practice, and no one teaches you the importance of bookkeeping in dental school. Therefore, my first three years of opening and running an office was in array simply because i didn’t know any better. Wendy easily went in and updated ALL my bookkeeping and brought me up to date with proper organization. Truly a much needed member to my growing business. Thank you Wendy!!!!

First time using Proledge Dallas, and Jennifer was assigned as my book keeper and I am 1000% satisfied with the level of customer service she has provided me in getting my books up to date. I would not recommend Proledge. I have multiple businesses that were using them for bookkeeping. One of the businesses which does not have much happening at the moment was charged over $200 (over 3 hours worth of work) for year end bookkeeping while the other one that has more happening was only charged $90 (a little over an hour worth of work). When we approached Patrick, the owner, about our concern of our high bill for Q4 he told us it was because it was year end. As we do understand year end takes more time, we were confused as to how our other business was so much less. When we sent an another email with the comparison he never responded. We sent follow up emails and he still didn’t respond. We finally sent him one final email asking him to respond as it had been over a week and he responded saying I already explained why it was higher. This company is an absolute scam. Year two, we paid over $200 more than year one for the same service and same accountant. I understand things are getting more expensive but that much of an increase is unacceptable. Do not use this company. Patrick is a scammer.

I have been using ProLedge for the last 3 yrs. The original setup was very easy. They were able to learn my CRM to be able to add invoice and sync with QB for me. I very rarely have to make contact with them. They just get it done. I would say it has been the best experience I have had with a vender like this.

In March 2020 our company hired ProLedge. In January 2021 our company fired ProLedge. To date the errors made by ProLedge have cost our Company $4500.00 to have our CPA and our staff correct the incorrect entries made by ProLedge “bookkeepers”. When I advised the ProLedge supervisor of my issues her exact response to me and I have it in writing was, “Obviously there’s nothing we can do to please you.” This has been a nightmare and nothing I even wish on my business competitors. The incompetence of the ProLedge “bookkeepers” is astounding, and that is an understatement.

Proledge handled the bookkeeping for 3 companies for me for about 5 years. Heather Gauntt was excellent. There were times I felt the pricing was a little high, but when I would question, they would review and either explain, or adjust depending on the situation. Heather is no longer with the company, but I would still highly recommend their services. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

Jana at Proledge really took our bookeeping to the next level. She got us setup into Quickbooks quickly with different options of involvement and access. We were in need of seeing our financials under different cost centers (divisions of our company) and to create specific reporting each month and Jana got it done. I didn't always receive reports as quick as I would've personally liked but to be fair sometimes that was my fault.

Once these guys get their hooks into they run up the bill... over charge, very slow and unresponsive even when you plan and give them plenty of lead time and agree upon a completion deadline. Simple things like acknowledging emails - maybe hit the reply button, returning phone calls, even showing up for set meetings, are beyond them. I am disappointed and would not recommend them, in fact I am doing a review and rating so that you don't have a similar experience - stay clear save yourself the head ache.

Jana and Tracey from Pro Ledge have been doing my books for about a year now. They have coordinated seamlessly with my CPA to get all necessary reports delivered to fit my CPA's preferences. Recently I notified Jana that I needed my business reports done promptly in order to speed up my tax filing process, as I needed them to qualify for a house purchase. She jumped on it and had everything completed very quickly. Her help and prompt communication was greatly appreciated!

I was a bookkeeper in a past life, but like most business owners didn't have time to keep up with my records. Proledge came in and fixed everything for a fair price. Highly recommend.
