This company is so rude. I called to discuss a bill I received from a former apartment I lived in. I was never contacted by the management informing me of the bill, and in fact had contacted them and was told that my account was clear. The collection agent I spoke to was rude immediately and continued to try to talk over me while claiming that I was doing the same. I simply wanted some information about how this would affect my credit and how I could get feedback to the company. The agent treated me like I was stupid and a criminal.

Everyone who works here is so rude over the phone and refuses to answer any questions. I never received a letter and only knew about this debt because I received a call 4 years later. I said i would pay in full over the phone but first asked if he would answer a question on if they had a copy of the letters that were sent or just something in their system that said we sent a letter and the man on the phone was very rude and told me it wasn't relevant.

Absolutely worst experience I ever had! I called in to see how to resolve my debt everyone I spoke to was extremely rude and mean they said I couldn’t do a payment arrangement and the only way to remove was to pay in full that day! How these people sleep at night talking to people the way they do amazes me

This company has stole money from me and I want it back they do not deserve any stars. Their original creditor gave them a wrong balance of 376 through which I only owed them 62 dollars so I basically overpaid, they do not want to give me my money back. I need my money back. Also their staff is very rude and coordinating in that office! I said I want my money back!

How do these people expect for you to pay them when they are rude and very unprofessional? No matter how much you try to reason with them, they continue to go left which makes you go left. No one wants to deal with rude and unprofessional people. They are only like that because they are calling from a different state other than which they are calling

Wow. Fox was awful to speak with. I asked questions in an email and then he asked for my number and called and said you are paying in full today? I said no, I asked my same questions and just kept saying I have no idea what you are talking about. Just continued to get mad at me for asking a question. Sad life to live.

I sincerely hope this company goes out of business. The people are rude, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Good luck if you have any collections with this business, they do not offer any kid of payment options or pay to delete letters. Sid Fox is the collection manager i dealt with and he is very unprofessional when replying to emails. They couldnt even tell me what collection i owed initially. Worst company to deal with, -1000/10.

Ms Richard's the on call supervisor was horrible Ms sears ext 1234 was horrible amd the other rep guy I spoke to was horrible I was ready to pay my debt but all the was just focusing on making the consumer upset which they did really bad experience I would give no stars. Also the Agents don't care about their rudeness

I have been disputing charges with my old apartment for OVER A YEAR! For damages I have documentation that I am not responsible for! Now they are sending my information to damage my credit, keep fighting them!! They are rude and nasty and do not care about us. I have been hung up on for just trying to follow up regarding my dispute but these people do not care, they will run your credit to the ground for the fun of it. I am literally just trying to find a way to communicate with them that I have been in contact with the leasing office that is claiming I owe them and have even discussed with THEM that I am disputing these charges. They just do not care. *Edit* I won my dispute. Waited for them to report it to the credit bureau and disputed with them. I don’t owe them a CENT!

Will never pay the “$8000” debt I “owe” them. Old apartment trying to lie about so many things and sold debt off to them. SUCH A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, and I will sue and dispute if it ends up on my credit.

I actually had all positive interactions with this company. Spoke to 3-4 different employees and all were polite and treated me with respect.

Just spoke to Ms. Richardson and my goodness, I have never dealt with anyone so rude. My last apartment complex refused to let me pay my last months rent and sent it to collections out of pure spite even though I tried multiple times to pay it, so now I get the pure joy of dealing with Procollect.
After being treated so incredibly poorly (she was SO RUDE , wouldn't let me even speak, and replied "yep!" when I remarked that it's no wonder they have 1 star) I am tempted to not even pay it. I guess they've never heard of treating people with courtesy or respect. She went so far as to say "pay your bills Mandy" even though she has NO IDEA the situation. Insanely unprofessional.
She also said that even if it is paid in full, they won't remove it from my credit. So just a heads up for everyone else.
