Been going to Prism for a few years, but the last several visits over the last year have pushed me away from visiting their Oak Lawn clinic:1. Lab staff is not effectively cross trained on how to handle trans patients compassionately. I’ve been deadnamed loudly, repeatedly, and in front of all the other patients in their office on multiple occasions.2. Front desk staff is unprofessional and frequently overwhelmed. Just called to ask about moving my care to the Oak Cliff center, and the front desk agent Anna (who has also misgendered me and other patients) didn’t finish her conversation before answering the phone (could still hear her talking before she ever said hello) and was very curt and minimal in explaining the transition. Another time I called, they inexplicably lost some of my financial records.3. The pharmacy is incredibly slow. Just sat in their lobby for over half an hour and listened to the techs have to be instructed twice to fill my Rx since I was in the lobby waiting for it.Overall, I love my doctor and I need the healthcare, but over the last year, the quality of care I’ve received from their clinic staff has been extremely lackluster. We’ll see how the Oak Cliff center pans out.

New patient here but impressed by their level of care and responsive. Doctor and patient coordinator are fantastic. I like that their lab service is in house.

My experience at Prism Health has been a roller coaster! The decide to honor a 14 minute grace period depending on the customer. Then once you question them they throw security at you as if it resolved the first problem. Not only did I call prior to inform them I would be late but never did they explain to me there was a grace period.Once my appointment had to be rescheduled since I arrived 1 min past the grace period I received a call from doctor. Not to 1st apologize but to joke about them turning me away with me being 1 minute late. Here I am at my follow up appointment I get here exactly at my scheduled time to verify my insurance. Once my name is called again the receptionist informs me my insurance was verified but it took longer than the grace period time and I will need to reschedule. Now this is the second visit I have made to come get care that I am being pushed to a further date. This company shows 0 empathy or value to anyone else’s time and today will be my last visit. Has a complete lack of professionalism, and is a mockery to my community. SHAME ON YOU .

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the front desk to the back office staff, they made the experience so comfortable and efficient. Dr. Graneto is a wonderful physician. Very knowledgeable and takes his time with the patients. Thank you all!

I have been going to Prizm Health North Texas for about 3 years . They are amazing , and so patient . From my initial meeting I have had only the best people . Kimberly is amazing , always patient and helpful , she really makes a difference and she is truly caring . Shakira Johnson PA I can’t say enough good things about her, she truly cares about her patients and professional. Shakira is truly a kind human being and I appreciate all that she does for me. Edith her assistant is great and so helpful . The lab staff is great too

Amazing group of providers. Receptionist is cordial and friendly, providers answer all questions, and services are managable in price. All tools are able to be used and worked at with assistance through the provider, such as payment deferrence. They accept my family insurance, and have an on-site pharmacy to help keep med cost low. Great place, great people, great services.

Love this place! They are super quick to fill, and offer free delivery within the Dallas area. They are also non-profit, and all proceeds go back to fund the operation of the pharmacy. I wish more providers were like them!
