Prime Time Tax is excellent and I'm aware of their quality tax services as I have been with them as a customer since 2015, all the staff are very supportive. Jane and the team were following up with me till completing the whole tax filing process on time, i also got my refund in time. Thanks and really appreciate a professional job

I would never recommend or utilize services from this so call "establishment".Not only did they make errors to my taxes, but they had horrible customer service. They lacked the decency and accountability to admit to the mistakes. In addition, they did not reach out prior to submitting my taxed to consult with me to confirm information and just went ahead and submitted my taxes without my knowledge or approval. I am now dealing with the aftermath of their egregious errors. Stay away from their services as its very clear they do not care in doing their due diligence or proper work.Avoid the headache of using their services.

This Tax office is a true definition of not to judge a book by its cover, the environment is a little ghetto, but the people who work there are not. They are very efficient, welcoming, always have a positive attitude towards everyone. They always go above and beyond for their clients!
