If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It was all butterflies when I first moved in 2022… now that I have renewed my leased, it has been the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. When we had the snow storm in the beginning of the year, we were WITHOUT hot water for at least a month and a half, maybe two. I called the city and NOTHING happened. It was cold & I had to bathe in COLD water. I even called corporate and they didn’t answer. I left a voicemail & I am STILL waiting on them to return my call. It is SEPTEMBER.. When everything was fixed they ONLY offered a free water bill for ONE month. Ok thats over. Now I’ve been waking up to no water AT ALL IN THE MORNING for the past month. Like you cant send an email out. But you can send an email for a remaining balance on my account. They do NOT care about you. They want ONLY your money.

They are loud, I am in 4 bld and can hear them every week with the patio door open in 95 degree heat. All night. Management does nothiing. Security plays a game, and ignores it.

Very kind management staff. Helped me out over the last couple months with a move to a new unit. Work orders get done super fast. I will add that these newly remodeled units are very classy. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you.

DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is by far the worst apartment you’ll have kids throwing rocks at your car. You’ll have paper thin walls so be ready to hear arguments. You’ll have your water cut off out of no where mid shower. Electric will the turned off and be prepared for 2 days with no electric.

The constant second hand smoke is beginning to effect our health.. Not worth the trouble. Noise all night. Walls thin as paper. It feels like neighbors are coming in our apt. If you decide to come, bring air purifiers. If your neighbor smokes, so will you. Constant headaches from the smoke and it makes mine and my toddler's nose stuffy. If you want a hot shower, bathe during the day. Anytime after 4 pm and you're out of luck.

I have lived here for over 10 years, and it has been a pleasure. The Property Management team has been outstanding and very responsive in dealing with any and all issues.

This place not the world's best. The laundry room most the the Machines are broke and there is not alot . You have to blow up the phone to fix stuff in the apt. Then it's have way done. You fight over parking. The walls are thin you get to hear stuff you don't want to. And the Ac all Connected so you smell others cigarette smoke or food cooking.

Although the office staff is very friendly. They are dishonest and the fact that there is no on site management ever here when normal people are actually off work and home makes it almost impossible to get anything done.

I am amazed at this complex. I am a pretty thorough guy when it comes to choosing where I live. What I looked for and have found in this place is1.) It is quiet2.) It is clean! (I see people actively maintaining the property)3.) They are respectful and respond quickly to issues.4.) There are not any bug or rodent issuesThis place is located near a quite beautiful neighborhood surround by plenty of food and places to walk. I personally got an excellent price for my unit.The google reviews do not seem to be artificially pumped up. I totally recommend this place!

Overrated and overpriced. Buildings looks ok on the outside, but have a lot of plumbing/HVAC/electrical issues inside. Looks like there was no renovation in 40-50 years, not even a proper paint job inside. Windows don't hold off sounds, you will hear if a neighbor's dog (a lot of dogs) barks at 5am. You will hear your neighbors when they cough/argue/take shower and smell their cooking inside your apartment. Do yourself a favor and take 7 instead of 13 months lease if you must rent here. You will wait the end of your lease just to get a good night of sleep. Ladies in the office are very nice, but I don't think they can do much.

customer service and follow up regarding issues is poor at best. Facilities have been improved on the outside but there are some issues to plumbing and appliances that need to be addressed on the inside. Emails sent to office sometimes go without response unless its about a rent payment which is very sad to say the least. I want to love this apartment community but they make it really difficult because they fail to adhere to basic customer service etiquette. There is no way that I could go without responding to any of my customers emails EVER.To add to the above comments, I loved this property when it was ran by Chip and Angela. They were very welcoming to the tenants. New management appears to be very racist and only bothers the black residents almost to the point its harassment. You constantly see people moving out or choosing to non-renew their lease, I wonder why???? If you can avoid it DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUN!!!**UPDATE**Now they have placed me in collections for $25 and I do not even know WHY because there has been no communication from them nor the collection agency to let me know that money was owed. It was placed on my CREDIT REPORT THIS MORNING!!! Which is funny to me since i received a REFUND on my DEPOSIT. If I owed money to them why would I received a REFUND?????? I am SUING!!!!!
